Elazaura Matthew's ' manger' at st charles bofa branch was unprofessional, laughed at me and said "can't you read, my window is closed". I didn't notice he sign ( i am visiin impaired) and moved to another window. I have a Ph.d and certainly can read.Ms. Matthew's continued to insult me and humiliate me by loudly laughing that I could not read. All customers could hear her in the lobby.I am a disabled senior citizen and feel that I was discriminated against. Please do not allow this abuse to happen to other loyal customers.I will not return to this branch because of the abuse I endured

I've been a Bank of America customer for over 40 years. I am so fed up with the service that I have gotten these past 2 days, I am ready to close out my accounts and go elsewhere!I had to recently have my credit card replace because of a fraudulent charge. While I was on the call, I asked the rep. what happens with the payment that I just set up for my CC. He told me that I would need to go back in and set up a new payment because now I have a different card. So, I did. I confirmed, I couldn't see the old card anymore or the scheduled payment I had originally put on my account. It so happens that I set up a significant payment this month to pay for all the materials for the work that I've been doing on my house.I received notification that my account was overdrawn, I went online to look at the payment was taken out my account twice!I immediately called customer service which took me an hour, by the time they transferred me around to different departments. The last one I spoke with said that they set up the transfer back to my account but it would take up to 10 days before it could be transferred. I explained I don't have 10 days, I'm going on vacation. Besides that this was your mistake and my cash and I want my money back in my account. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked to talk to a supervisor. After she put me on hold twice for at least 10 mins each, she came back and said she talked to the supervisor and that it could be transferred in 2 days. I asked her to give me and email saying that, or a confirmation # for transaction. She came back and gave me a transaction that was my phone number! I said hang on a minute, that is my cell number. She said oh, um ok hang on and then disconnected me!I called back again 2 days later, because the credit was not in my account. When I spoke to a supervisor again, they told me there is nothing they can do because of some regulation blah blah blah. You know, I really don't care about your regulations, this was YOUR mistake! You cannot hold my cash hostage. There is someone there that can make this happen! She kept telling me no there isn't. So, I asked them to give me a cash advance on my credit card of the payment taken twice, waive the fees and interest until my money is returned. She told me they could not guarantee that the fees would be waived. Are you kidding me!!!?I am thoroughly disgusted with Bank of America right now. They have my cash money that I need for vacation being, basically, held hostage and I can't get it back for 10 days! Why should I suffer the consequences of your error?!This is enough for me to finally cut the ties with BOA! This is how they treat a customer of 40 years. They can see that they made this mistake. I even asked them to pull the recording of the rep. that told me to re-setup my payment on my credit card! As soon as I get my money back, it is good riddance.

I went there to get some change and this woman sitting at one of the teller windows is yelling at customers to get in line. I got her name and it is “Elzaura Matthews” and according to another teller, she is the manager. I just could not believe the attitude of this manager towards the customers. I hope someone above her reads this review and gets rid of this person from her role at the bank. She is giving a bad name to BOA.

We worked with Casey Krause and Jon Manson today and to say they were helpful is an understatement. I’ve never had such and easy experience at a bank, they were very informative, relatable, and encouraging!

I visited the branch on S. 5th St in Saint Charles today for the first time as a store manager with many questions. Casey Krause walked me through everything and explained in detail everything I needed to know and she really exceeded my expectations. Great Job, Casey!

Awful service. I wrote my father a check for work done on one of our properties and accidently forgot to sign it. The check was returned. The next day we personally drove to the branch I signed it right there next to the "branch manager" and she deposited it again for us. The following day I saw the funds withdrawn from my credit union bank but my father now saw a hold on the funds on his account for 7 days. We drove back to question why it was held and the same manager with a bad attitude told us because it was returned the first time the system automatically holds it the second time. Why on earth she didn't tell us the first time and have me write an entirely new check, is beyond me, also the fact that I have prove it was taken out of my bank should be prove enough for them to take it off hold. I'm guessing the bank is so reliant on whatever technology holds it that they can't even do anything about it. Needless to say I am also a bank of America account holder but was paying my dad through my other bank I do business transactions for. And I plan on closingall my bank of America accounts. Terrible customer service.

I visited this location expecting professional assistance to my issue and all I received was a Manager with an attitude. Disgraceful professionalism. This person has ZERO business working with the public. I will continue to follow up with corporate to resolve my issue and report this Manager, who apparently has been with this located for many years(according to her staff). Astonishing business model !

On behalf of Megan Duff and myself, we would like to sincerely thank Audrey for service above and beyond any and all expectations we could have at any banking institution. To be so kind to someone that is not a customer, you have earned our business and we will be back this week (Thursday?) to open an account here. Thank you for your kindness. You are appreciated.Sincerely,Chris Shipman and MeganDuff

Literally the most useless building. Every time I have gone in for something, I have been told I have to call customer service. When I tell them customer service told me to go into a physical location they just keep telling me to call customer service. No one at this bank is helpful. If you have a problem, just assume no one cares and no one knows how to deal with it.
