I always come here when I need beads for my Rosaries or yarn for my blankets. Each location I usually go to (one by my house/the other by my college) are easy to find and locate. Workers are always friendly and helpful.

I'm just not loving Michaels like I used to. Recently, they've changed their product lines. It looks like they're trying to reach the Etsy crowd more than the casual crafters. There are those vinyl sheets to stick on everything, things for making custom mugs, all the jewelry you could ever want, and paints and florals for those paintings and wreaths. There is the holiday section that is overpriced and then immediately marked down, where you can find some good stuff now and then. Always use the app for the coupon(s). Every week you'll find them; never pay full price. Never. I should add that the majority of the staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially considering how much work they must have to do. I can't imagine having to clean up after customers have been sorting through silk flowers or strings of beads or sheets of scrapbook paper. Not fun. So yeah, they're pretty nice.

Went to go return an item and she didn't scan all the items so she had to do multiple transactions after we had to tell her she forgot some items. At the end of the transactions she rudely and sarcastically said "thank you for your patience and your kindness"... Told her to have a good day and she gave us a nasty look. My friend and I were nothing but nice so it took us back. Never have a had a bad time at this store and now reconsidering going there again.

I don't know exactly how to put this. This is by far the absolute worst Michaels store I have ever been in. Not only has it been a mess for the past year, the staff is not willing to help customers. I went to this Michaels last November to purchase decorations for thanksgiving and to make my own center piece. After asking a young woman named Meghan I stood in the aisle for 20 minutes waiting for her to return. After 25 minutes I figured out where and how to get the items I wanted. I returned to this location again in December for the same items (xmas centerpiece etc.), can you believe that the items I eventually found in November where nowhere to be found!!!! Again I asked an employee, and again they asked me to wait in the aisle. Knowing better this time I stood there for 10 minutes. I left without purchasing a thing. This store seems to be filthy and poorly run. I went in this past Saturday, I saw the same 2 employees that "helped" me last time, I turned around and left. Beware my fellow shoppers, I would suggest other locations definitely stay away from this one.

This is my favorite location. The associates are always pleasant and helpful. I can always find someone on the floor who can answer my question. The associates are all knowledgeable. The store is kept clean and well lit. The sale signs are always visible.

Zero staff available to help. I pressed the call button, no one showed up to help. The checkout line was halfway wrapped around the store. I didn't want to wait so I left without making a purchase.

Today we went to Michael's Craft store to pick up a few frames for some vintage posters we had. We initially were going to have frames made, but that turned out to be very expensive. Don't let the 50% of offer fool you, a custom frame is still quite an expense. The staff was friendly and courteous. We have no complaints about service. The cashier was professional and was still able to joke around. We will be back. It's a bit expensive at times, but sometimes they are the only ones who have what you need.
