I really don't like dealing with a place that passes a bad check to someone who has busted their butt for them there fore getting your own account messed up .then they ask you to take down the review and they will pay.so you do but still don't pay.so sad there are so many scammers out there.please be aware of this company

First of all just wanna say I would not trust theses owners of this company they wrecked there truck and made every excuse in the world not to pay the person covering for them even wrote a bad check and refuse to cover it especially at Christmas time things I noticed as I ran the game truck was not all games works on all the consoles most controllers were broke and refused to replace them same thing with TVs then caught Covid hosting one of there events and they still tried to make me work not caring about safety of the kids and the adults that attend the events even with Covid they did not care they don't really cater to any of the kids needs as they chose not to change games for the kids would not recommend

If I could give one star to Game Time Mobile I would. I booked an hour and a half package. It took the staff member an hour to update the gaming systems in order for the children to play ANYTHING. The console controllers were not charged, broken or needed batteries therefore not all the children could play at the same time. One of the TV in the truck was not operational and the exterior TV's and gaming consoles were not setup. Because the service I booked was not provided the day of the party the owner (Lauren) said she wouldn't charge me the remaining balance. A week after the party she did charge my credit card the remaining balance. This merchant doesn't communicate well, doesn't provide services as agreed upon and the customer service is tremendously lacking. I will never use this merchant again.

The kids are having a great time. Having the trailer up close to the dining room and patio at the event location makes it easy to keep an eye on them, which is great. They really should have given people a chance to move their vehicles before almost blocking them in their parking spots, however.

This was suppppper and I mean SUPER last minute but they accommodated us no problem! They showed up on time, helped the kids with the games without hesitation. They were so patient and kind. The kids ages ranged from 5 up to 12 years old. All the kids really enjoyed this! We had the bus from 1:30 pm till about 2:30pm. I think this was enough time. I will be booking with this specific entertainment company again!

Booking was easy, they were flexible and I secured dates for two experiences. The kids enjoyed it, but we felt the game coach makes a big impact on your experience. The first booking we had a young man and he was great! He was engaged and readily available to help, I was happy to tip him accordingly. The second event the children and I both felt asking for help was an inconvenience to the two coaches. Many of the games they played the first time (April) were not available at our second event. I asked, and offered Wi-Fi so the kids could play specific games (Fortnite) and it was dismissed because of "updates". The truck was parked with the outdoor tvs pointing into the sun Before they parked, I mentioned it worked better the other way. I was disappointed with our second event, and would recommend you request the younger guy to be the game host. They have a great product, but didn't deliver with customer support/service.
