I really like going to Frenchtown Transmission. Brad has replaced 2 transmissions for 2 different vehicles I had. The second one is in the van I’m driving now. I just called him to see if I needed to replace it. It’s been 6 years that’s a good run on a replacement. I highly recommend his business.

I can tell you one thing…is Brad is amazing. They are truthful…they treated me with respect and listened to what I thought was wrong with it and he was absolutely amazing. I'll never take my truck anywhere else. I made a review about them on my Facebook but was like I got to review them everywhere I can cause he was just that nice thank you for caring Brad..you helped me more than you know!!!

Owner was sooooooo helpful with the information needed about my daughter's transmission... he gave great information that was just not for him to get paid... he gave me some life long information about transmissions.... !!!

Add several transmission shops and mechanical shops look at my truck. And he is the only one who gave me a logical answer. I do not need any work done. It was a free diagnosis honest people.

They are not great experts call are the worse they don't call u to pick up ur car. I had my car thir for 2 months with out a call or couldn't work on it period. Unless I gave him the money upfront he had me disappointed..

DOESNT TAKE CREDIT/DEBIT CHIME ETC…. Doesn’t accept checks unless the person name the check is in is on site with whom he wrote the check for!! Most people don’t deal with cash at all so I just it’s a little bit of a inconvenience for lots of people ??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️

Anybody who recommends a dodge caravan as a reliable vehicle is a sign to stay away. Chrysler is a land of money pits with a few reliable cars in their lots if you know what's underneath that hood.
