Was told a price and then items were added so brought total up. Also never heard of any trailer sales that charge the purchasing person to make sure that your brand new trailer is ready to pull out. Will not buy from this company again.

Great customer service! Was treated with respect. They explained, answered our questions and was very professional. Wonderful trailers! Smooth ride home. Didn’t even know the trailer was back there!

Evan Dalton and Justin were easy to work with. They got me taken care of with some accessories how I wanted on the trailer, went over an inspection with me on the trailer. Overall easy and good experience here.

Very friendly and eager to help. The only thing that may need some improvement is taking their time with customer and explaining the payment plan and date due for payment. I felt rushed a bit with paper work.But other then that they did a fantastic job and we love our trailer

The crew was great and hustled to get me through the process, they get 5 stars. The Sheffield financing process was lacking though. They didn’t disclose the interest rate until I got there, which was 12.99%. I used a credit card instead and I’ll pay cash. So, the financing effort was a waist of my time.
