The he helped me find the perfect phone, plan, and phone case. I have had several phones in the past and this one is the best, most suited to my personality, has everything I could need, phone. Dakota took the time to help set up the phone and have it working before I left. It was close to closing time, but he didn't mind taking the extra time to make sure it was done right and I was happy. I mentioned how much I appreciated his help and he said it is a passion he has, which really shows. “I can't quite give a 5 star rating just yet, but I will say a low 5 would be appropriate. New staff, New management, Clean store, Fair prices for a rent to own business. This location is coming around. Yes, in the past there have been issues with poor service, employees treating customers less than human/stupid, filthy store, poor additudes, Management who shouldn't have even been in control of a dog let alone a business, but if you were a past customer give them another chance. Nothing is "perfect" but this store is definitely so much better and making progress. Keep up the great work guys”

“I'd recommend over any other rent to own company in town.We went in they didn't have what we wanted in stock,they ordered it and called like they said they would.I got sent out of town for a week for work when the item showed up at the store and they held it for me...When I applied online they guy stayed on the phone and walked me through every step of applying I was approved and knew my amount immediately.They're very helpful and actually do what they say which is hard to find with a lot of these rent to own companies around town that say one thing and do another. It was easy doing business with Aarons”

“I called the S Campbell Springfield MO location prior to calling this one. The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”
