We had a great experience at Croft!! Payton was so knowledgeable and friendly and no pressure! We tried other beds in town but Croft came up the winner in comfort, price, customer service and service after the sale!!

We went to several places before stumbling on this little gem. Payton was very professional and so helpful. He gave us all the information and I didn't feel like it was just a sales pitch. He asked what we wanted and stayed within our budget. I can honestly say this was a great experience and I would recommend going here to anyone. My husband and I had a mattress cut to size for our RV from this store a couple of years ago and everything has been wonderful. Now it was time to replace our master bedroom mattress. We came back here and Payton Gleaves was super helpful and patient and knowledgeable. As we layed on each mattress, Payton, was able to view our posture and determine if that mattress was supportive of our back! It was so nice to have help like that! This is a 100% American made company and we ❤️ that!! Croft Mattress and Payton in Springfield, Missouri have clients for life and we highly recommend stopping by!

We walked in not planning on purchasing a mattress and left with a new mattress, adjustable frame, sheets and pillows. Payton was super friendly, he was knowledgeable and explained the differences in mattresses and didn’t push anything. Great experience overall!

I can’t say enough good things about the kind of people you get to work with, truly a wonderful experience…and the mattresses reflect that!!!
We bought a bed from them 8 years ago and absolutely love it. When we decided to upgrade from queen to California King (I’m super tall) I sought them out again. They still had my info from the first mattress and were able to set me up with the same fit. I am from out of town so it took a little coordination to get it to me, but they were spot on and handled every detail fantastically.
Now I need to decide if I use the queen mattress in the guest room or not (they might not leave ?)

The sales man was very knowledgeable, friendly, yet not pushy. We were given plenary of time to lay on the mattresses and talk about all the details. Honestly, the mattress sold itself but all the information in construction and descriptions of the differences were very encouraging.

Payton was very energetic, friendly, very knowledgeable, patient and took us step by step, helped my son find the correct bed and pillow that helped his back and neck. I highly recommend letting Payton fit you for a forever bed. My husband and I have had one for three years now and we love it and also this company. They are made in Jolpin Mo USA, they give 30% discount to police and military. They also give to suicide prevention, which is amazing.
