Just because I'm not your "ideal" target market, does not mean I should feel not welcomed into any store that I walk into. A "welcome in" or even a smile would be nice when walking into a store, instead I was greeted with a glare and an eye roll.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one feels needed. I absolutely LOVE shopping at this store, but the customer service is SO disappointing. I had an appointment for a linx for over a week, and ended up never getting anything because they had someone else go at my time slot today when I went in, and then the machine didn’t end up working. The girls working were NOT kind in any way about the situation. I waited over 40 minutes for this appointment and ended up never wanting to come back to clothe. They ONLY apologized because I didn’t say anything as they handed over the refund receipt, and as I was actively leaving the store. I decided to not reschedule my appointment and voiced my frustration with basically no response. I asked if the appointments were strict and they said “they are supposed to be” but clearly aren’t. Nobody ever greets you when you come in either.. just overall bad customer service. 1/10 experience today.
Edit after response: the ladies that took my appointment slot unfortunately said they were “walk ins” that made no appointment so I KNOW i should have had my appointment. Appointments should be strict if you offer them. As I said, I would have remade my appointment if your employees would have handled the situation correctly and politely. But that did not happen. The discounted rate was 20% and the wait time for a new appointment was 2 weeks. No thanks.

I have been shopping at Clothe for over four years now and have never had a bad experience. The girls are so sweet and try their best to greet and help me along with everyone else, even when the store is crazy busy!

Everytime I walk in I am greeted and asked if I need help. My favorite thing about Clothe is how the store is set. I have to be in and out quickly most of the time. Friday I was able to quickly move around and find what I liked and the sweet sales associate found exactly what I couldn't find and got me out of there quickly so I would not be late to my next appointment. Shopping local and at Clothe is never a disappointment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have absolutely loved every experience I have had in this store! The employees are always very good about offering to help me get a fitting room, or showing me different clothing options! I even before have asked for opinions on items I have tried on, and they have often helped me pair different pieces together that I would have never thought to put together and created an outfit I feel confident in! I love this store!

Super cute clothes, but terrible service. Was not greeted until I checked out and spend >$200. Got my own fitting room with my arms full. Probably would have spent more if I was helped and they showed me cute outfits or offered any help. Young girls just there gossiping.

This place is awesome for young and older adults. I bought two friends their Christmas presents from here. The girls spend time with you and let you know what looks good on you! It’s like having your own personal shopper! ;). Great experience!

I am absolutely appalled by the way that I was treated. A few weeks ago I went in and had two forever bracelets done, and I got a charm on one of them. I have never gotten anything like this before, so I made sure to ask the lady doing it that if they broke I could get it fixed. I was told that was absolutely no problem. The girl that originally did it was very sweet about the entire situation. I believe her name was Layton. They broke pretty soon after getting them, and when I went to go and get it fixed (which was absolutely no problem) like I was told that they would do, I was told that the bracelet with the charm was not something she wanted to fix. I spent extra money to get that charm on there and at the time it was absolutely no problem at all. The lady that refused to helped me is named Emily and treated me with the upmost disrespect. Emily encourages to not get any charms put on, but I am confused on why it is offered? From what it seemed to me the only reason she didn’t want to fix it was strictly because “charms are things that she just doesn’t want to do”. In my opinion this is absolutely unprofessional, and charms shouldn’t be offered if not given when requested - or refused to be fixed down the line. If you ask me, the nice girl Layton who helped me to begin with should be the ONLY type of person doing things like that. Completely set in a distaste for that store and will not be going back.

Best boutique hands down! Always has the best stuff. Constantly getting new inventory so you are never stuck going in there with the same stuff. The owner must hand pick the employees because they are always so kind, helpful, and not judgmental! Truly the only boutique I shop at in the area.
