I very much appreciate the ease of the buying process and even the efficiency of the service department. Derek Brown was my salesman and he was great to work with. After a few days I noticed something with my new Q7 that I was a little concerned about. I stopped by the dealership, the service manager met with me within minutes and resolved my issue promptly. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

We have been at Audi Springfield working with Shawn Rich to get a vehicle for the past few months ( September 2022 through January 2023). The experience we have had with Shawn was extremely extraordinary. Shawn was very pleasant and patient throughout our interaction and helped us with all our questions and concerns.
