Do NOT and I repeat Do NOT use this company. I have literally waited over 2 hours and each time my roadside service provider calls them, we are told it will be another 30 to 45 minutes. I asked for their service call to be canceled because their customer service sucks! I am being towed less than 10 miles and they were literally getting paid for a minimal job! Never again. Lesson learned! A tire that was nearly flat is why I couldn’t drive on it.

If I could give a 0 I definitely would!! The tow truck driver was VERY inexperienced, yes he is a new driver but for what happened he should have called someone else to come help him!He put my husband's car on the L arm of the tow truck instead of putting it on the flat bed, biggest mistake ever! Our driveway has a dip in it when pulling out and he high centered our car which ended up breaking the tow strap in half and dropped our car and pulled it several feet down the driveway!! He then had the nerve to ask my husband if he was mad and my husband couldn't even say anything because of how shocked he was. The driver then proceeded to BACK UP out of on coming traffic with our car at a 45 degree tilt, whole passenger side was completely off the ground.. he then hooks up to winch it up the flat bed and the hook rips off the underside! Absolutely WORST experience ever!!! Next time I will call someone else and send receipt to my insurance. Don't waist your time with this company!!

Bryan with Joplin was the 2nd towing person to come out today. The first towing company would not tow my car because it was too difficult to get the car in “neutral” and out of the driveway. Bryan was a Pro! Not only did he get the job done; his great attitude at the end of the day made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Affordable Towing! Alan was awsome, he stayed in contact several times informing me of his progress to get to me. He called once the tow was set up to let me know he had 1 in front of me, called when there was a delay with that truck, then messaged me to let me know he was on his way. Very knowledgeable and easy going.

My vehicle was wrecked in Springfield, MO on 8/21/23. Affordable Towing showed up to haul my vehicle into their storage yard until the insurance could pick it up. I handed my key fob to the tow truck driver and left. The driver managed to damage the front grill of my month old 2023 Chevy Trailblazer, lost my key and now are doing everything they can to avoid any responsibility. DO NOT USE THEM!!! The shameful thing is that they have symbols and words implying that they are Christian. They are doing anything but demonstrating the values or morals of any good person or company.

Just found out that affordable towing sold my contract without my approval and without permission from me.The car went back yesterday because it wasn’t a good car put over 1,500 in the car since getting it last Aug 2022. They said when we bought it had a new motor and transmission that was a lie. Would have been better if they didn’t do people dirty. Will be filing several complaints with the attorney general and FTC and BBB. Now we are stuck with paying a car loan on a car we don’t have. The tow truck driver tore up our yard nice girl’s in the office they do try their best for people.Unfortunately the owner and his past run ins with the law recently will not go over well in court.

Beware of this company they sell peoples car loans to other companies without peoples knowledge or written consent. Sent car back because it wouldn't stay started leotard shutting off in traffic and on the highway plus over heating. Put over $1,500 into the car and it just kept ex getting worse n worse overtime. Now no back up car and stuck with the loan either pay it back or get sued n ruin my credit. Filed several complaints today just waiting for the investigation to start and see what happens from there.

Do not use them if you are in a semi. Possibly the worst towing experience I've ever had in my life. I've been driving a semi for 7 years. To start the tow operator arrived on scene after 3 hours, he arrived with a passenger already in his passenger seat of a two-seater truck after being told that I was out there. I'm glad I was at a truck stop because the tow literally took longer than about 7 hours just to go 30 miles back to Springfield Missouri, I was broken down in Conway. In his two-seater semi he told me I could sit in the middle of a manual truck with no AC. There was no seat to sit on. Extremely unprofessional operation. The tow operator, arrived on scene without the right equipment to even lift the vehicle in the air. We had to wait for those parts, he then had only hand tools and not an impact so he couldn't get the drive shaft bolts off. He snapped several tools trying to do so. He said he rounded off one of the bolts so instead of doing that he would take the hub axle out, he didn't have the right socket or an impact so we had to wait on that. After getting an impact sent out to him they still didn't have the correct socket. After countless hours in the scorching heat, and countless apologies, he was still adamant that I could sit in the middle of a two-seater semi. They arranged another tow truck to give me a ride, but that was after haggling back and forth. The other toe operator seemed very inconvenienced by the fact that I needed a ride. He wanted me to ride with him on other tow jobs, and not directly back to my terminal. He was on the phone with dispatch saying I guess I'll cancel all my work, and take money out of my pocket to give this guy a ride. My question is why did the main tow operator have a passenger knowing that I was on the scene and that I needed a ride? Why try and throw the guilt card on me? I was patient and kind and courteous and I got nonsense in return. If I ever see this company again It will be too soon. The vehicle was towed but, I lost a days pay in the process.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Chuck, Mike and Carroll. These guys were amazing from the time they arrived to the delivery of the vehicle. They went beyond what their job called for to help make sure the job was completed correctly. Chuck stuck through the insurance transfer when he could have left. I'm so happy we were able to deal with such an awesome guy who did this job with no complaints and sincerely wanted to help the situation. Chuck and Mike found a solution to the problem and with Carroll's help, all went smoothly. 100 stars guys. Way to go!!!

Car was totally stuck and they put a ton of manpower in to lift it up and tow it out. They were super cool and patient and didn't leave us when they definitely could have. Will definitely remember them if I need towing services in the future!Service: Car towing

The only good thing about my experience was the cool tow truck driver. Everything else I experienced from this company was hands down the worst I have ever experienced from a towing company. I called them at 2pm and they gave me an ETA of 3:30 pm BUT then showed up at 6:30pm. This is because they kept on accepting other towing jobs to take on and kept putting me on the back burner. This company did all of this without keeping me in the loop and without telling me what was going on. I had to call the number they gave me to call just to find out it was a disconnected number that is no longer in service, so i called their head office instead. when doing so, the first lady hung up on me and the second lady told me "Sorry we just got busy" After the guy was already apparently on his way. (This happened 3 times over and each time the ETA grew by 90 minutes). This company did not treat me as a priority as they claimed they would and did not work with integrity when it came to helping me get to where i needed to go, which was only a mile away. This Company is in no way affordable if you value your time . I highly suggest everyone to look elsewhere if you do value your time.Service: Car towing

Johnathon was absolutely amazing to our family. We were traveling to Table Rock with our family, and had a blow out that broke out axle on our boat trailer on the side of Highway 44. The sparks caused the grass to catch fire. Johnathon stopped along with another Good Samaritan and helped put the fire out before the fire department arrived. He was a huge help to us in a very desperate time of need. He towed our boat to a safe area for my husband to work on, and charged us less than what he quoted. We didn’t have a jack tall enough, and he gave us one. We tried to tip, and he would not take it. Highly recommend this service if you ever need help in the area!
