Went to get my front bumper of my car put back on. After it was done, I asked if they take card but the guy who did it said don’t worry about it. I insisted on paying but he said if I had like 5$ in cash that would be alright. Unfortunately, I didn’t but he told me I could leave a review on google instead. 10/10, highly recommend them. I will most definitely comeback in the future if I have any more problems with my vehicle! ?

I have an older van but its low miles. Awhile back it started having some issues, so I took it into a local shop in Sedalia. They fixed those problems and it ran fine again, but then they gave me a long list of things wrong with it, and every time I brought it in to fix those things, new things were found. Before I knew it I had sunk $2800 into an '06 and I was told it was going to need another $2k or so worth of work. So I started looking around for another vehicle but I wasn't really finding anything in my price range, and my van seemed to drive ok. So I took my old van to Unique Automotive to get a 2nd opinion, gave them the paperwork on what I was told by other shop was wrong with it. I wasn't holding my breath, I fully expected him to walk in and say yep, it needs all that stuff done. Instead, he walked in and said it was fine, only thing it needed was the back tires. I was floored. I have also brought my mothers van to them for maintenance. I love that they get you in within a timely manner if you have an apt, I have had shops leave me sit for hours. I am very happy to have found them, won't go anywhere else. Thank you Unique Automotive!

This repair shop has the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time!. My car was repaired on my visit the very same day!!! I have complete confidence in the repairman and shop owners knowledge. I drove out of the parking lot and the loud annoying rubbing sound (rear wheel(s) bearings) were so worn it was frightening when manually moved when on jack. I will recommend Unique auto to anybody! They care!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Victor and his team have always done awesome work and care about you like you’re their own family members. They have always tried their best to help me in any accidents I have been in, or any other issues I’ve had with my car; as well as being the most affordable place you can go to! They always try their hardest to get my car back as quick as possible too which I appreciate more than they could know! I've needed help with diagnosing and repairing a failing power steering system, holes in my tires, and damaged/noisy muffler.
