I was passing through the area when my headlights quit working .. I stopped in and could tell right away they were extremely busy. Though they couldn't work me in, they took the time to print out diagrams and give me all the info I needed to try to make repairs.Friendly, authentic, good people ... who I intend to have fix my headlights soon sense ( despite their best effort to help me ) I'm still in the dark ?. Booked up because they are good at what they do. Thank you Rick's!

My alternator was going out; they gave good phone advice so that I made the doctor appointment first and then shortened their lunch in order to get right on my repair. I was 100 miles from home and did not know the area.
