I have to say I loved the customers however the way they treat their employees is awful.. unless your a store manager (salaried) your treated like a slave, your family means nothing to them but if it's something to do with their family or themselves it always gets done.. we have stood if water because of broken pipes, got sick because of fumes in the booth and missed even funerals because they can't keep employee.. Most of the time you don't have time to breath let alone get a break.. some days it's 12 hours in your feet no break...I would not recommend working there unless your a glutton for punishment and no pay on top of it. I do Miss my regular customers and the challenge of maybe making the store better but I'll see y'all around.. love xoxo!!! Kat

The worker named Glenn was cursing at the customers and scaring the kids in line. He was belligerent and we ended up leaving because he was screaming and cursing so much. He was screaming that people were taking too long picking out lottery tickets. The rudest employee I have ever seen anywhere.

Not to happy with the worker she was more worried about eating her kit Jat then to help ke and when I order my stuff she didn't offer me the options about saving how to save more money. I got a carton of smokes when it would of been cheaper to NY them by the pack

Ever since new management took over, I'm lucky if the tobacco product I usually buy is in stock on any given day - which means I leave and buy elsewhere. Only ONE of the employees, who I think no longer works there as of the last week, would ever bother to go to the back and see if there was more in stock. The other employees, even when there are TWO of them in there, won't bother to check at all. PLUS, there have been NUMEROUS days in the last couple weeks where they've been closed when I got there at even 5PM! I've been very pleased with this location for the last two years up until the last couple of months. WHAT HAPPENED???

Got $48.50 worth of gas the other day went home to pay my bills to see a pre-authorization of $125 held on my account, and when I contact Murphy's USA they told me that's the way they do business and once it's deemed that the funds are there they will replace the $125 into my account and only charge me $48.50! This is not how you do business if I get $10 worth of gas do you charge me $10 for gas you don't charge me a $125 holding fee till you get your $10 I will not be buying gas from Murphy USA anymore!

Pressure of your position could make you act ugly, "Jessica Ma" if that is your name was on the receipt you only cracked the window several inches because cold weather couldn't see a name tag. I'm sorry I used a coupon for my Marlboros and it inconvenienced you, I'm sorry that I wanted to prepay for gas and that seemed to inconvenience you more and I'm sorry that you gave me King Marlboro when I asked for 100s causing you to reach again to correctly fill my order, I'm sorry that I ever was your customer, Eric Dale.

Hateful staff, I was told if I didn’t like it go somewhere else! Your staff needs additional training in customer service or maybe a career change. Kayla and the guy who would not give his name working on 12/6/2019 need to loose their jobs.

Hateful staff working on 12/6/2019. I made a statement that it was inconvenient to have to remove my license from my wallet, when she could clearly see the dates. Kayla told me if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else, that she didn’t need my business. Your staff needs a course in customer service or a career change. And she need not worry I won’t be back!
