Jim’s is the way to go. I live local and when I do any kind of service to the tires, regardless if it’s on my passenger vehicles or my semi, I go to Jim’s shop. Now truth be told that if I’m in a hurry for something and Jim’s doesn’t have the tire I need, which is very rare, I will try and find the tire or tires else where. I won’t get into the whole story of losing two tires on the road but when I came back home, I visited the shop and showed them all of the receipts with my spendings, and Kraig is the one I was talking to truly cares about his costumers covered some of the spendings that I initially had to go through. I am in support of a local business at all times. When you visit Jim’s, you will NOT be disappointed! I hope that their business continues to prosper and that their relationship to their customer will only be increasing in a positive way. God bless.
Small edit. If Jim’s would go strictly by their policy, then some of my expenses would not be covered. Kraig stepped over all of that and had done a great deal of good will. When I walked in with my receipts, I didn’t know what to expect and truthfully wasn’t expecting much what so ever. But the way things went in a conversation with Kraig truly amazed me. Glad to have people like that in our town!

Ruined a tire on my truck with the trailer hooked on 500 miles from home
Walked in when they opened They had the correct tire
They said they could change it right then
They said i didn't have to unhook the trailer
They said they could fix it out side with no problem
We where back on the road and on our way in a half hour every employee was friendly and had a big smile and said "that ain't no problem" "this will only take a few minutes"
I travel though this part of the country a couple times a year
Jim's is going to get all my tire business from now on

Had a semi steer tire fail me while loaded down with cattle in Sedalia at about 7 this morning. Called Jim's and initially they were trying to get their day started themselves, I explained that I wasn't asking for special treatment but let them know that I was loaded with livestock and that any help would be great. They understood the situation and sent someone immediately. They had me back on the road in no time at all.
Thank you very much for the help and even more so, the understanding. This world needs more folks like Jim's.

While traveling through Missouri to Idaho, We had a blow out on our 5th wheel on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. These guys got us in saturday morning, they had our tires and they were the really good ones, so we got 4. Service was spectacular, in and out in under 2 hours. We definitely recommend this business.

Totally amazing tire service. We were stranded on 70 with our rv trailer that had blown a tire. They brought two tires just in case. Sure enough the second rv trailer tire was also starting to go. In under 45 minutes from our emergency call they had arrived and replaced both rv tires on the side of the road! A+!!!
