Just FYI this store put a 226.00$ hold on my card and I have been waiting for the money to be put back for several days now. I had to cancel my card. I was stuck 2 hours from home because of this hold. I contacted store and manager said this was virtually impossible. However I have the transaction history which shows the store location date and time of transaction. On pump number 5 to be specific. I had to pay with an alternate card so I also have that transaction history with date time and location. Buyer beware!! This did happen they did hold my money despite what the manager said. Corporate office has been contacted. Be careful using this store and paying at the pump with your debit card.

Horrible customer service! I understand people are panicking here but for what I feel may have been a female manager was horrible and RUDE explain to your customers how to sign up and save money on your program instead of acting like your customers are bothersome. This is a time for people to come together and if you are unhappy in your job don't be in CS or a Manager, I could of saved money and in this time you could of been a lot nicer?

Worst customer service I've ever had! Usually the workers are very polite, but the girl working a shift last night was very rude and also refused me any service because of past problems between her & someone I was with. On top of making my friend leave the building, she then made a scene in front of all the other customers by screaming & CUSSING across the store for me to leave while I stood at the counter, refused to let me buy gas, and told me there was absolutely no money in the cash register when I asked for change
