Purchasing the custom leather seats for my 2021 Ford Escape was one of the best decisions I made for my vehicle. I initially wanted leather seats with heating and cooling when I bought the car, but I wasn't willing to pay an extra $6k to upgrade to the next trim level, especially since I already had the tech and sport package. After getting the seats done, they looked amazing and perfectly complemented my interior. I just wish they also offered leather for the door panels and middle armrest to elevate the look even further.
There were a few hiccups with the heating and cooling function on the driver’s side after the install, but Custom Auto was prompt in addressing the issue. When it stopped working again, they collaborated with the regional supervisor of Katzkin, who personally called me, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to cover the costs for a hotel, rental car, and meals while they replaced the entire system in the driver’s seat. Since I didn't want to miss work, I opted for them to cover my car rental for a week instead. Despite the minor setbacks, everything went smoothly, and everyone involved was extremely helpful and made the process easier.
I would absolutely recommend both companies and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. In fact, I’d do it again when I buy another vehicle if it doesn't come with the leather seats I want.

Faired priced. I needed a lift kit for my wife's jeep. I could do it but short on time. They ordered and installed the 4in lift. 1 week after the brakes went out due to a line being routed wrong. They denied touching it or to pay for tow and repairs. Jeeps are pretty clear if an expert mechanic is looking at it, even if you don't "touch" brake lines you see them and could see it didn't look right.

Great people, quality work and fair pricing! Just had a spray-in liner added to my new pickup. My original appointment was cancelled due to extreme cold weather because they were afraid quality might be compromised…rescheduled the appointment later and they surprised me with a nice discount for being patient. Amazing experience!! Dropped off our car early morning on the 1st and was ready to pick up in the late afternoon on the 2nd. We got a red leather Katzkin interior installed and the team went above and beyond making it an overall great experience. Quick turnaround with great quality of work.
