We stopped here for gas and a restroom break between KC and the Ozarks in September. It's a pretty average rest stop, has a decent selection of offerings in terms of snacks and drinks for the road, and the restrooms are average in terms of cleanliness. My biggest beef with this one is just that they are one stall restrooms so you might end up waiting for a while. The staff working was not super friendly to us, but that could have just been because we were not locals. Overall, not a bad little stop, but also there are certainly better options out there and if you can find a QT or a Caseys you might have better luck with a speedy trip in and out.

One of the locations I stop to refuel along my way home. Gas is not the highest octane but it's not bad. Premium is your best choice it has the least ethanol, and ethanol is bad for any rubber hoses or fuel injector parts and should never be running two stroke engines. It also exorbs of any water moisture in the air and this is Missouri so that's high.

My favorite stop. Managed very well, Alex does a great job keeping store and lot clean, decorated, and operational. She hires and inspires other workers there to go above and beyond. Christine is a lady who often works nights after a full day at SB&D. It's refreshing to see a young lady take the bull by the horns keeping on top of tasks, encouraging her employees, and keeping her store clean (even the bathroom!), well stocked, and operational, rather than complaining about having too much to do as I've seen at other businesses in town. Keep up the good work and attitude!

Stay away from this business. Don't even fuel up here. This is a dangerous neighborhood and the troubles spill over into this store. If a security guard was there I still wouldn't use this place.
