The most rudest people that I have ever met my truck gets towed because I get pulled over at cedar grove the reason is irrelevant but I paid them $385 the mechanic there wants to weld my exhaust in put a new tire on it because the middle showing how to replace the brake lens light cover also has to put on rivermere in order to pass the inspection or else I cannot get my truck off their lot which is going to cost me another $285 I brought them the rear brake light lens cover and the mirror and tire and now they're threatening to call the sheriff once there ready to release my truck to me on the day that they said that they would replace all this stuff for me on the day that he said he would fix it for me and they haven't worked on it at all plus I have already spent $340 at the license bureau in Salem to get it plates which they gave them permission to give me plates without inspection first

Stole my car and tried selling it back to me for $1,000 after I showed proof I owned it. This was my first car, I lived homeless in it for over a year, and for no reason should they have touched it. I'm very distraught over my car that me, and my dad mostly rebuilt together being taken by them and held captive as if they own it. They made it seem like they were doing ME a favor by selling it back to me. This place is horrid and has no sense of humanity. I now have to walk in the dead heat all the way home because of them. Thanks Whitaker! Thanks for trashing a little more of my life by stealing my car ✌️

Great people here! They towed our broke down vehicle, ran tests and came to the conclusion they couldn't fix it, so we used them to tow it to another shop. We did use roadside assistance, but they didn't charge us anything at all. We'll definitely recommend this shop to other people!

Well the business was okay when old man Whittaker was there but now that he is no longer there they tried to sell me a vehicle that has a lien on the title did not have the lien release refused to give me my money back at first then accused me of going to put dealership plates on another vehicle and then when I called them out for it they were rude and then decided to give me my money back eventually
