Very well stock store. Convenient location. One of the things I do not like about this store is they have your face on the monitor when you walk in and on a monitor when you check out zeroing in on Face recognition. I feel like it's an invasion on your privacy. Other than that I always find what I need in the remodeling field.

Brought paint in for more. Label stated it came from them with Every Detail possibly needed to make more, but no. Didn't bother looking at that, so now the paint I have is lighter than the original when I only needed it for touch-up & now don't have enough to even paint all the walls thanks to their f up. Tried calling 3 times after waiting over 10min for no answer. Then when someone finally does all I get is I have to drive back up there to get a replacement. Icing on the cake, I Don't live close by!!!!!! Have ALWAYS LOATHED LOWE'S stores in general & this is exactly why. Constantly messing up & no one around to help when needed. Smmfh

Delivered here super early appt. But was not disappointed at all I mean this is how every store should work like this one. They even caught me off guard i started working on the load at 4am for 5am appt. The forklift guy was out there unloading at 4:30am!! Freaking awesome work ethic!.

Awesome experience this morning at this store. The 2 gentlemen that helped me were amazing. Jonathan who was there but was his day off explained what I needed to do for a return and replace w the Correct item and Richard Monsees who stopped what he was doing and went and brought over a forklift to get the plywood I needed. If only every store had customer service like this. 2 amazing employees.

I wanna let you guys at Lowe's know you have two outstanding employees. Whatever you pay to Lisa Simone and Austin (not sure his last name) from the painting section. It is not enough. These two employees went above and beyond to help me and my husband color match two colors. We had spent days trying to color match and they mentioned that they can color match with a chip of the color. I just want to remind you that we live in an era of bare minimum workers and those two were exemplary employees.

It doesn't have all your home needs. Been waiting for bags of postumium chloride for over two month or more. All the near by store are out of stock except the Ozarks, which sales theirs at $33per bag. They have order on file since July but ran out since Oct 2018. Also, they do not or if they are going to get some in probably cause they don't want to switch manufacturers ( I don't know) and pay higher price. So now they asking customers to switch to the cheap and unhealthy water softeners or drive all the way to get the good stuff. With postumium chloride not only it helps ur appliances but it's good drinking and good on flowers and plants.
I would erase my statement(Not) just change rating but Lowe's finally got the product back. (ABOUT TIME!) SEPTEMBER

I purchased a dryer. The appliance sales man was busy with other customers but another employee came over to talk to us and show us some of the models in my price range. Once the salesman was finished, he helped me make a decision on which dryer to choose. I appreciate that he did not sell me on the more expensive model because he thought another model was better. When it came time to deliver, unfortunately the weather had another idea. My delivery was delayed but Lowe’s was communicative and I scheduled a new delivery date. I enjoyed the tracking aspect of the delivery. I could see how far away my appliance was. Ultimately the dryer was delivered and works great. Thanks Lowes!

Bought an $800 dollar door that is falling apart.....spending lots of time trying to resolve this.....no luck thus far!
Lowes rips off seniors!
Home Depot!
If you want good customer service go to Home Depot.
One cashier......lots of young ladies stocking lawn and garden but no customer service!
No back up cashier....nobody in the department to load heavy items for seniors.
I received a gift card for Lowes.....it has been the biggest pain in the neck.....so I'm switching to Home Depot.
I didn't say there were long lines. I said service sucked.
Cashier needed help....
Let's add getting ripped off!
$800 Larson door falling apart in less than 6 months!
Numerous calls.....snotty service guy....

Great store for if you are wanting to break into being an adult. Have you ever felt like a child? Go here and buy some sick tools or get a tree. Put that in your place. Boom! Maturity will seethe from your pours. Trust me. Your kid won't move out the house? They will after you get them a Dewalt screw gun and some door trim maybe even a 9 in 1 screw driver for extra measure. Plus if they are single they can talk to all the hot moms that shop there. Maybe get a pep talk from a local Vietnam Vet about being a man. Who knows. The world is your oyster with the chance at owning your very own saw table.
