Joyce was so very sweet, helpful, and accommodating to my needs. Everyone else is very nice too, I just personally worked with Joyce. Prices are fair and way better than Enterprise's.

Large storage place with climate control can't drive up to your storage you have to go through halls to get to your area

Miss Joyce was very sweet and helpful, and understanding when we had to wait over an hour to get travel issues sorted. Price was similar to other rental services, and the vehicles we received were clean. I absolutely recommend, especially for military affiliated people. Thank you, Miss Joyce!

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Refused to let us rent a car because of who we have for insurance. Will be telling everyone i know not to rent for you.

I needed a rental after my current car broke down. Enterprise was booked out so this small business came in clutch. Was able to get a same day rental in a matter of hours. Car was very clean. On top of that, I experienced very friendly staff. They made the process very easy. Renting a car here was no hassle. For potential renters: keep in mind that this is a small rental car operation. The staff do their best so just help them out by giving them what they ask for. Take the time and effort to be prepared folks. If you do that, no doubt they will do everything they can to help you like they helped me.

Really good place to rent from. They got us in a van in really short notice and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely rent from them again.

I needed to rent a car and this company was the only one in town with vehicles available. Upon arrival, they gave me a huge runaround and despite every effort on my part to be accommodating, they decided not to rent me a car. Would not recommend working with Joyce or this company under any circumstances.When I get there they ask for my DL, scan it, and give it back to me. Next they want my coverage so I call my insurance, Allstate, to have them fax it over. The lady at the counter, Joyce, asks for my DL again. Interrupting my phone call, she tells me that my license is really damaged (it's not) and they don't know if it would be acceptable to rent a car to me. She asks a coworker and that lady tells her my license is fine. Allstate faxes over the summary of my coverage right away. Joyce comes back to me telling me there's a problem. It shows my comprehensive and collision with $1,000 listed under limits. Obviously, these are deductibles but they said since it looks like limits and they cannot rent to me. I offer to get better paperwork and call my insurance again. They offer to fax my full policy renewal notice where it shows that those are the deductible amounts. Joyce now tells me that my deductible is too high and must be $500. I'm still on the phone with Allstate and offer to change my deductible so I can rent a car. But the catch is that my insurance won't populate a new policy for 24 hours. My insurance offers to have faxed my current policy and a paper showing my deductible has been changed to $500. At this point, Joyce hands me my paperwork and says to come back tomorrow with the new policy.I go back to the mechanic shop, forced to cancel the service work I had planned, and they call the company asking why I cannot get a car, on my behalf. Joyce tells the mechanic shop that it's due to my driving record. Firstly, I don't think they have access to that kind of information. Second, my driving record is great. Not only did this woman make something untrue up, but she decided to discuss it with a 3rd party rather than me. Joyce also tell them it's also due to my full coverage showing as limits, which I had offered to remedy. Honestly, this was an awful experience from start to finish. If a company is going to rent cars, you would think you would want to get people into cars, not look for frivolous reasons to deny them a rental.

Pretty disappointing service, when I showed up to rent the car I asked if they had a government employee discount and they said yes. However, in order to apply the discount, they increased the quoted price. When I showed them the original quote, they said "we have to charge a different (aka, higher) rate for government employees before we can discount it." I believe this may actually be illegal, but anyway, I don't recommend renting from this place if you're a government employee. Now, the car itself was actually quite dirty and filled with dog hair, and they were not able to offer me another, clean vehicle. Overall, very disappointed, I would recommend using Budget or Hertz if you are renting in this area.
