A lady at the register had the nerve to tell me “instead of being on your phone, you need to tell me you need cash back so I can see if I have it in my drawer” it was literally only $25. And she had the biggest attitude. Will not be shopping there anymore. Maybe you guys should have a sign that says you need to let them know. Such bad customer service. She was an older lady too

This used to be may favorite store for shop, until I met a white lady that is also a cashier at the family dollar,she definitely makes me don't feel like going to this store again. Me and my kids went there 1 week ago and do our shop and then when we get to the register she gave me that look that makes me uncomfortable even my kids. And not just that but we were first in line but she keeps on helping the people that came after us in line until she finished with them and then she rolled her eyes and started scanning my stuffs

The store was helpful with the stuff I needed and forgot on our trip. When we needed to find a USB charger for my son in Basic training, they were sold out. The young lady was so helped in trying to find one for me but she said a lot of other family members had bought so many for their Soldiers that they were sold out. She was able to recommend a place close by did have chargers for a reasonable price. Family Dollar has been a go-to place for me at work and now while I travel. Thank you for her fantastic customer service. This was 2 weeks ago just before 9/11.

Since the improvement in the grocery area, it's been my go to spot among other things the place offers. And the close distance to neighborhoods is a great location for consumers. However, this place needs a outside bike rack for people that ride bikes. Bikes are coming up stolen.
