Not an honest business, has a mandatory charge minimum of 2 hours. Requested repair work is replacing a flat tire with a spare tire (already mounted on the wheel) the job is to take 6 lug nuts off and put them back on with the spare wheel, how does that amount to 2 hours? Maybe that’s the reason their service is so slow, because the mechanics know they have to take 2 hours to do the least amount of work possible. Plain and simple taking advantage of hard working truck drivers.

They were the closest shop to repair a tire. Told them it was on a horse trailer. Tech showed up didn’t have the correct socket to remove tire. And when working on my spare he broke valve stem. While putting in a new one he left old one in the tire. It ruined the tire. Manager wasn’t very nice when I called the store out of saint robert Missouri and the regional manager says there isn’t anything we can do after reviewing cameras. Won’t be calling them back at all. Very terrible experience.

Absolutely trash work done by the St.Robert shop on a set of Drive tires replaced. First they weren't balanced at all so had to bring truck back next day to have them balanced. Picked up from balancing after almost a half a day of waiting only to discover once we got home that the wheel weights were literally duct taped onto the rim and already starting to fall off. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for any kind of business. Unbelievable that they would send a Commercial Vehicle out the door like that!

i came for water pump changed they told mee 777.89 they charged me 1100.00 for a water pump changed this people will robed you like nothing dont come here go to another shop if i can score you would be -0 manager name Stephanie and kim and heaven straight garbage....

terrible service from the workers of this repair shop, I arrived at 2 pm to fix a couple of problems and the guys, instead of starting to fix me, went somewhere and arrived at 9 pm, then they told me that they would close soon and would not be able to change my oil and do one! ! I spent a lot of time at this repair station I DO NOT ADVICE REPAIRING THE TRUCK WITH THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL SPEND A LOT OF TIME AND THEY WORK VERY SLOWLY don’t waste your time here

Had a fuel issue. Called out this place. Tech showed up within an hour. Very friendly, but not knowledgeable. He had to make two trips to the shop. I told him I needed to change the fuel filters, but they had none and couldn't get any. He left about 4.5 later. Called another place and was up and running in about 20 minutes.

ONLY STOP IN THE BOSS SHOP WHEN YOU'RE IN GREATEST TROUBLE. VERY NO COMPETENT MASTERS AND RECEPTION. CHANGE THE OIL 3 hours. Don’t have FILTERs, don’t have responsibility ???
