Paid for 3 day select delivery for a time sensitive delivery. Paid $168.20 for this expedited service. Package was delivered in 6 days. UPS canceled their guaranteed delivery during COVID apparently. Why would I pay 3x the delivery cost for a normal shipping time? They will not refund the expedited delivery fee and basically told me to kick rocks(in a nice way). They were professional when I called but that does not diminish the fact that paying 3x for shipping doesn't mean anything to UPS. I will use FEDX moving forward.

I was satisfied with the service at this location. I had to send in a router back. Instead of queuing at the Spectrum store for 30 minutes, I was in here less than a minute. The clerk was very professional and knowledgeable.

This is literally the only shipping place I will ever go to. Everyone I have ever encountered working there has been nothing but patient and friendly

Absolutely useless!!
Rude and unprofessional!!
I mailed a birthday card 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. I didn't sound the alarm yet. I went to inquire, and not only was I met with a condescending attitude, but they also had zero systems in place to even confirm if the card left the facility. All I wanted was some information, and the rude woman said "well sir you chose the cheapest and slowest option." I was actually shocked! As if putting a stamp on a birthday card isn't THE standard...?
This was my 3rd time visiting this particular UPS store (Zumbel rd attached to dierbergs). The first time was also a train wreck. All in all the customer service is sub par at best, and I'm ALWAYS polite and respectful to everyone especially those in the customer service industry, so I'm confident my energy and attitude was on point. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

UPS used to be my preferred shipper. Not anymore. Had a package I shipped a few weeks ago to New York, a car part I'm having a guy work on has been helping me repair it. I sent it to him in New York on 4/18 and insured it for $325, cost me $26.74 to ship it to New York back on 4/18. Since then the guy in New York worked on it and sent it back to me already, but unfortunately I needed to send it back to him again today (not UPS fault).
Today I go back to the same UPS location I shipped it from on 4/18, the front counter gentleman says I need to package it in one of their boxes (mind it it's in the same box that it was shipped in at their location a few weeks ago for $26.74 while insuring it for $325). Ultimately same package, same destination, same insured amount, same weight, he claimed the cheapest I should ship it was over $100 including the cost to repackage it, when I questioned the cheapest option, he claimed something like "it was outside their normal shipping area" or something.
That's not where it ends. I leave and ship it via FedEx (because I knew it didn't cost that much to ship this to New York). And I go home, get my receipt from 4/18 that has the same exact dimensions, same exact destination, same exact insured amount when I shipped it a few weeks ago and go back to the UPS store to confront the front counter gentleman. The gentleman refuses to admit he made a mistake regarding cheapest the shipping costs he quoted me. Claiming "the screen says what it said." It's clear he rung up the shipping wrong. A 14 in. x 14 in. x 5 in. package weighing 1.45 lb going from 63303 to 14424 with $325 insured value on it doesn't cost $26.74 one day, and then over $100 less than a month later. And again that was the 'cheapest' possible shipping option according to him.
There were 2 other guys working at time too, and they clearly overheard, neither one of them intervened.
Poor training, poor customer service. The gentleman at the counter clearly made a mistake, but blamed the computer instead of himself. Unacceptable. I will be sharing this story with everyone I know, and directing them to ship with another parcel service from now on.

Awesome people work here, don't listen to the cry babies that are throwing fits in the reviews. I've been going here for 3 years with 5-10 shipments going out a week. Love these guys.

Awful. Go elsewhere.Guy behind the counter (who was holding a baby) refused to give us a soft pack which was behind the counter for 2-day express mail.We then went into Dierbergs (which is attached to this UPS Store) to buy our own supplies and "properly pack" our shipment. We went back to the store with 3 minutes to close, and the guy who was behind the counter (without the baby this time) stared at us as he was letting people out, and then locked the door basically in our face.I'd tell them to do better, but these people may not be capable.
