I recently bought a car for my son and it was a positive experience. I mostly worked with Karen, but also talked to Mike. Karen was there to answer any questions I had, and did not pressure me to buy anything. Mike was also no pressure and helpful. We came back a couple times to look, and she was polite and kind each time. My son and I absolutely love the car and would buy from them again! The car was within my budget and it runs great. Would definitely recommend buying a car from them.

I bought a car in early May and the experience was a very positive one. Received much needed information regarding car/warranties, plus even fixed 2 needed repairs before I even bought the car. I would not recommend buying from this place the car they gave me kept giving out and I had it less than a year if your late on payment they constantly call … and oh they served me papers for a piece of junk

Even after the State of Missouri came in and proved that the odometer had been rolled back on the vehicle they sold me, they would not refund any of my money or admit wrongdoing. My mechanic told me the vehicle had at least 250,000 miles when I paid for 60,000. Invested the same amount I paid for the car into repairing the main bearing on the engine and it still didn't run. They should have offered me to exchange at least. Do not buy from these people.
Obviously, this is all available on record with the state of Missouri, who went to Columbia Mo to speak with the former owner. He said he had reported that the odometer was tampered with, but The Car Store tried to claim I had done it after I bought from them even though it was easily disprovable.

Recently bought a vehicle and almost instantly had issued with the engine. Mike is a man of his word and took care of all the issues. I could not have been happier. Would recommend purchasing a vehicle from there.

I recently visited this place for the first time and purchased a Mazda 3 hatchback for my mother.The owner, Mike and his wonderful staff was very friendly and helpful with my needs. They even helped me with a replacement battery after I purchased the vehicle, and I have confidence in them and their honest trustworthy service that they provide to others.

I bought a 2005 toyota camry xle from them back in 2021 at 136000 miles. It has run great ever since, honestly one the best cars I ever had. It currently has 187000 miles and still running strong
