“Everything went extremely well with the car rental. A convenient shuttle bus transports you from the airport to the rental facility. We received an upgrade to a larger vehicle, which ended up costing us less. They weren't overly particular about every detail. We informed them of any initial dings or scrapes, and upon return, the staff was very friendly and efficient. We would definitely rent from this service again!”
“I love the service I receve everything I go. I just wish that when you are loyal they drop the deposit down or maybe even knock it off. It's a bit much when you really need to get a car and you have the money. But the deposit is not in reach. Just for loyal customers.”

“We rented a car and were greeted by Camille, she was so lovely and kind, very helpful. There was a guy that was rude instead of speaking with my cousin, he was asking me but I wasn't the one who reserved it and he didn't acknowledge him, even though he was right in front of him. It was just very rude but luckily Camille helped us and greeted my cousinWe actually needed to come back and rent the car longer and she was able to help us with that as well. Even though it was short notice we still were able to get a car thanks to Camilla and also to the other tall gentleman who was so kind too. I didn't get his name but he gave us recommendations on the st Louis arch. Overall happy we were assisted by Camille.”
“My previous rental effort for same dates at a nearby location after two weeks resulted in an involuntary cancellation due to “lack of available cars” in StAnn, MO, and efforts by that branch to correct the situation were denied by HQ. Three calls to Customer Care line resulted, each in a promise of follow-up call. But none occurred over two days.
I searched again on my own on the app and booked anew, this time at Enterprise Creve Couer, MO branch was slammed with eclipse voters trying to pick up card on April 6. Many more rentals than vehicles due to a glitch in booking platform. The staff remained calm, unfazed, patient and accommodating. They rocked it, cleaning and turning around vehicles, and send in a handful off to other nearby locations for fulfillment. Top notch.”

“Easy to access, exceptionally clean cars, knowledgeable and helpful staff. It's a small location, but I've never had to wait for a car to be ready for pickup (like I have at other car rental agencies), and if you can work within their opening hours, you can get a very convenient rental. They have a dropbox for after-hours returns, and that has always worked well for me. I've rented from this location several times and will continue to do so.”
