I have to have my packages re directed to a dollar general because I work nights and can't be awake to sign for it. Once it was delivered to my home anyway to my bf who didn't sign for it. Twice they put a sticker over my name and dollar general kept saying they didn't have it. I've had to drive a hour round trip just to be told it's at the original dollar general all along. This is my medication ?. I need this every month. For 3 months now I've had to deal with negative side effects because of a label. Do better
See photo there's no name other than the store. How would they know who it belongs to.

If they’re handling your packages, don’t expect anything to arrive on time. It doesn’t matter how much you paid for shipping.

Drove 30 minutes to this FedExon on Friday to be told they can’t take my package because it’s after 5:15PM….. but they don’t close until 6…(I arrived at 5:30pm) . So they also refused to let me drop off the packag…. What is the point of business hours if I can’t drop off a package when you’re opened Now I have to drive 30 minutes home and then drive back next Monday? ThanksFedex!

I can't tell you how many times I have gone to this location and they are randomly closed for lunch. I ship a lot of items for my business and at least once a week I waste half an hour driving here just to find out they are closed.

The Absolute Worse FedEx franchise in the state of Missouri! 75% of deliveries come the “Second Attempt “ or Left in my U S Mailbox at the road. ( Didn’t know that FedEx was part of USPS?)
Why FedEx hasn’t pulled this franchise is beyond me? We have had to put up with this Sub Par service for years! When I order something and have a choice on shipper Never FedEx Rolla, Mo!
Sometimes I will ask the online business if they ship FedEx and if they do I cancel the order. Good chance I won’t get the order or it will be delivered with “YELLOW” sticker

I own a business in bonne terre mo. I was pulling up when the delivery driver was just dropping the package in front of the front door. Now i've had them do this before. I have called, asking the supervisor to make sure they do not block the doors to business as its a safety hazard. The box weighed about 50lbs. When I said something to the driver he started cussing me. The driver did state that the building is really big and has a staircase. I tried to explain to him we was on the ground floor that if he went in the door and turned left the woman that was running the business would take the package from him. I contacted the company I buy my dog food from. they said they cant do anything about fedex. So I will just quit ordering from any company that uses fedex. Oh and the next time methew wants to start cussing me he will be returning with an assault in the 4th degree on him. Choose your drivers wisley.

The rep was polite. I had a return to do. I received an email with a bar code to take to fedex to ship. I called FedEx and asked where I needed to go and was told to go to this place. I go there and was told I had to take it to Jeff City office. Instead of trying to resolve or help with a solution as Jeff City was an hour away. She told me it was not her problem that I needed to contact the company who sent me the email. She at first told me my email the instructions were in my email and I needed to follow the instructions. I pulled up my email and proved to her it did not tell me to go to Jeff City. I already had driven 45 minutes to get here. I could not understand why the 800 number did not have this info as I told her what I was returning and to whom. She claimed there was no way FedEx could provide this info to customer service or all offices. She tried to explain it by comparing it to pilots in a holding pattern. Little did she know my husband is a pilot and when I told him the story he said that person knows nothing about flying and she was wrong. I am so tired of businesses making excuses and passing the buck. It is amazing how quick they can send communications to all employees when they want to but when it would help the customers they cannot. Very dissatisfied with both FedEx and the company who sent me the email...Phillips.

honestly my husband and I have had the worst experience with this specific fedex. they’ve basically held our package hostage. we paid for expedited shipping and never received our package. when we called they essentially told us we can pick it up ourselves. which its an hour drive for us and again we paid for shipping…theres a fedex in our town that they wont send our package to. i’m just very disappointed.

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I have nothing but issues when dealing with them and they won't let you speak to a person to help you. I wish FedEx did not exist. I wish people would stop sending my package through them. I don't want to have anything to with FedEx. Terrible terrible service. I can't say it enough. They are a joke of a company.
