I've had a few negative experiences with them previously including saying something was delivered when it wasn't delivered til the next day or items being left out in the rain. Today was the worst. Package was left out in the pouring down rain when there are plenty of options to, at least, put it right next to the door so it can be covered by the edge of the roof. If nothing else, keep it and leave me a note to pick it up at the post office. In this case, there was no attempt to protect it from the downpour.

All of the Staff at this Post Office is Great. Its Nice to have a post office where you can be on a first name basis with the staff and they know you when you walk in the door. Past Reviews describe a Bad PostMaster/Manager, but current management and staff as of this review are Awesome. It really is hard to find a decent post office with friendly people - read reviews around the country - but this one definitely should be rated much higher than their current star rating suggests.

Kevin was very helpful and professional. He assisted to turn an unfortunate situation around and his assistance was greatly appreciated as I needed to straighten out a large shipment delivery.

Packages have not arrived, it’s been around 3-5 days now. They say delivered but are no where to be found.

Had a desk being delivered, left a note saying my mailbox was full. Weird, because I didn't order a mailbox sized desk. Unacceptable

You got hired to deliver packages, large and small. If large put them on the porch.
You got hired to do the job.
You're all failing at what you get paid for vs what you got hired to do...
Try and do better for yourself be proud of the job you have and have some honor..

EDIT: Coming back to change my review bc there is new people working at this post office and they are much nicer and wayyy easier to work with. They even called me back after an issue was resolved.

Very frustrating!! All other services deliver to my address multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times a day without issues, but packages sent via usps never get to my address. I get notification saying that there was attempted delivery BUT my surveillance cameras show either no one stopping by or a usps vehicle dropping off letters at the mailbox and leaving. Letters get delivered but not packages. Whenever I go to the post office to claim the package, everyone acts like they don’t know what happened. 90% of the time this is the scenario.USPS, please do your job as it is intended.

Carrier walked from road up snow-covered lane to deliver much anticipated box of snacks to front door. He is always friendly and timely when in his control.

Most incompetent and lazy post office staff. I'm embarrassed for them.
