“This Quik-Trip is so much better than 10150 on 291. The fountain machine is always broken, and it is slow about getting food out in the morning. Your station is awesome, it's clean and friendly, everything works, and the employees work hard to keep the food stocked up! All of you do an awesome job!!”

“I have gone to this place for tiresfor two years now and I have a size 18. It's impossible to find good tires used like this bad boy right here. The Co-owner changed my tire and in my tire size put the tire in my car. Conversed with me the whole time. Tire was CHEAP!!!! And look this bad boy is still smelling like a credit card payment. “The Meat and Seafood counter at the Hy-Vee in Gladstone 7113 n prospect is the best. Always attentive to there customers. If you are looking for something for what to make for dinner but didn't come with a plan. Stop by the meat counter first. Tell them what you like and the can will advise to options to please your palate. When ever I don't know what to fix I stop and speak with some of the middle aged and older gentleman. The have some pre prepped items like stuffed pork chops or preseasoned chicken or steak fajitas . You just pop them in the oven or skillet to cook.”

“EDIT: Two weeks have passed since I wrote this. Not one reply from HyVee. Now I have to say I do not recommend this store. Yes, I still recommend HyVee store 1 on St. Clair for the time being for only one reason, one employee, which I will state at the end of this review. I am a HyVee Plus member who has had multiple problems with Aisles Online over the past year.. Have spoken with one female on the phone over the past several months about the problems who is often bordeline rude and seems like she does not want to help when there are problems with my order. She is the person who I am always transferred to when there is a problem. She always appears like my phone call is a bother to her rarely attempts to rectify the problem unless I push her and threaten to report to corporate. This review, however, is focusing on the more recent problem with Aisles Online. It was a few days ago when two items were not delivered with my order which I desperately needed that night. I often cannot get out to shop and depend on Aisles Online and delivery. So when this problem occurred I called the store SIX times from the hours of 6-7pm on Monday, December 19, 2022. I called the main number, 816-505-1000. There was no answer every single time I called. I literally let it ring 20 times each time. That in itself is unacceptable business practice. Out of desperation I finally called the 800# and even though your recording said not to call them if it was about Aisles Online to directly call the store instead, I had already been calling the store for an hour as I said above so it was a last ditch attempt to get help from your company. The woman at the 800# was kind, apologetic, and was more than willing to help me. First she tried calling the store. She also got no answer at your store number. She then called a department number and got through. She connected our call with a young female and stayed on the line while I told the young woman, your employee, that I needed the two items I paid for that were missing from my order. I also told her about calling the store and not getting an answer multiple times. Then the most disgusting thing happened. The young female employee lied to me. Since when do employees lie to customers? That is the worst solution to an already growing problem! I hope that is not standard operating procedure for HyVee! Your employee lied by saying she had called me and left a voice mail about my missing items. I replied that I had received no phone calls or voicemails. She insisted that she called, thus continung to lie! At this point I was ready to return my entire order and find another store to shop that night. She obviously heard the disgust and growing anger in my voice and said she would get the items to me. I told her I would not pay for delivery and since I am less than a mile away I expected my items immediately. She said okay. Then the BEST part of the experience happened! Your store sent Molly Brown to my home with my two items. She texted me first to let me know she was on her way. She was kind, apologetic, and polite. She spent a few minutes talking with me and encouraged me to not stop shopping at your store, to please give the store just one more chance, even though I have had multiple problems in the past year. She was respectful, friendly, kind, professional, and polite; everything a long time paying customer wants. See, I have been shopping at your store for many years, ever since it opened. I was at the Grand Opening. I have referred many people to your store to shop over the years. So, I am asking you to somehow honor Molly publicly or at least to the rest of your employees to let them know what kind of employee the HyVee standard should be, not the kind of unmotivated and uncaring employees that are becoming more and more prevalent in your store over the past few years. One last thing...my name here on Facebook is my nickname. If you want to know my real name, ask Molly. ?”
“Gas price 2.39 todayThis Quick Trip is a few years old now. The building interior is clean , well lit, well stocked.Parking is free, handicap parking exists. Handicap accessible doors and restrooms.Staff is quick and friendly.Unlike many gas stations that no longer have receipt paper at the pump ( a ploy to make you come inside and hopefully purchase ) this location printed one as do most QTsQT periodically pressure cleaned the concrete.I would say this one could be getting close to that.”
“Passing through town checking out the liquor stores for bourbon buys and stopped off here on a whim. Great selection, friendly staff, and very knowledgeable owners. Had a lot of top shelf whiskey and the best prices I have ever seen.”
“Stop here occasionally for gas and a Coke. I like that it's a small locally-owned chain of convenience stores. They also have the cheapest fountain drinks in town (only $1.05), which is cheaper than QuikTrip. I will continue to support them, even though Casey's recently opened across the street.”

“Kansas City's best gas station! Customer service is fantastic! Always clean and organized! Great prices! Huge food selection! Did you know you can blend your own ice cream shake? I didn't know for years! Sausage biscuit? Beats McDonald's! Slushies in the summer! I have friends that pass through Missouri all the time and the funniest thing I always hear is how "cool" QT is! The usual call it *cutie* which makes it 10x funnier! But they always wish they had "something like that in their town" Keep it up QT!”

“I never feel compelled to review but I have to. Norris who works mornings at 68th St QT is the best. He remembers my cigarettes. Which is a little thing but he’s also the nicest and so genuine. The world is cold and some people just do their job to do it and get paid. But it’s nice when someone takes notice and goes above and beyond and I love going in to see him every time. “I love this QuikTrip! It's my go-to place for gas, snacks, and drinks. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-stocked. They have a great selection of QT Kitchens items, from pizza and pretzels to sandwiches and salads. Their fountain drinks are the best, with so many flavors to choose from. And their frozen drinks are amazing, especially the Freezoni and the Smoothies. QuikTrip is way better than the nearby Casey's, which is always out of food items. QuikTrip has everything I need and more, and I always leave satisfied. QuikTrip is the best convenience store in Pleasant Valley!”
