“My family and I were headed to Branson Friday August 2nd and got a nail in our tire. It was 5:45 on a Friday night and they were set to close at 6pm. I hate to be “that person” that shows up right before close but the staff at the Big O Tires in Hollister Missouri were so kind, very helpful, and had us back on the road at 6:01pm. Not to mention, I believe the air conditioning in the showroom was broken because it was hot and they had fans everywhere but still, they were so nice and so efficient.
