I love this little hometown pharmacy!! The staff are amazing!! Dillon and Kyle are the kindest, most helpful pharmacist I've EVER had!! They took wonderful, personal care of my mom, even calling to check on her, and when she died, I moved my business to them. I will never use another pharmacy. The ladies in the front are so sweet and kind! I definitely found my forever pharmacy!! Thank you all for taking the very best care of your customers.

After years of "big chain" pharmacy's I was so happy when my Dr. suggested using York! What a difference! The staff are always friendly and helpful! I can say that the service has always been impeccable! Thank you all!

Well they lie about the hours of operation. At 5:20 on 5/22/23 the gates and doors were all closed. I call this fauls advertisement.

Been going there for years they care about everyone who walks through those doors they are the best I remember once we had a copay I don't realize it and I don't have the money the young lady paid it for me she knew that we needed that medicine so they do care I wouldn't go anywhere else

I've never had any kind of issues with the staff. Very kind and polite. Kyle gave me my 1st covid shot, and we discussed this deeply. He made me feel relaxed with no worries.. my medications are prepackaged for me, and I thank Dylan for doing an amazing job.

I normally don’t rate a business publicly. I was nervous about Dennis retiring and Kyle taking over. I decided to stay with York and Company because they tried to do everything that Stockstills offered in customer service. We had a few glitches but we worked with them and got them resolved. I wish they would deliver to Crocker but I understand why they don’t. Kyle is a very nice, good Christian man. He is very busy and doesn’t have time with each customer like Dennis did, but Dennis could do that because Kyle was there with him. That said, I have never called and was told Kyle didn’t have time to talk to me. He has always answered my telephone questions. I have worked with the staff, Dillon and Jamie are fantastic and will do what they are allowed to do to meet my needs. Kyle, Dillon and Jamie are the reasons I go to York and Company. I don’t get the small town Pharmacy, we care about you service at Walmart, or any of the other chain pharmacies. Personal service; they call the doctor for me to get refills at my request. So, small town we care about you service is why I gave York and Co.5 stars. Good job, keep up the great service. Thank you for keeping me as healthy as we can together with my doctor.

been going there since sept 2020 looking to get diabitic script shoes filled, they havyelling alte all paper work, but been getting run,today nov 5th 2020 had a apt at 10.30 am,,only been to that town once which is like 65 miles from my house,got lost had my wife call and ask for address at 10.20 am by 10.40 am was in there parking lot,and the diabitic shoe lady calls and tells me to come back tommorow or next week and i said getting ready to walk in,,she said no you miss apt by 10 mins,,so i tell her been waiting 2 1/half month do you have a customer it would have took you more then 10 mins to fit me for shoe,,nope ur late ,and she was like high and mighty nope, so i said let me talk to your manger or who in charge first man get on there yelling like he heard everything,also high and mighty,b4 i could say anything his wife gets on there also yelling like predjuce toward mexican people telling me i dont have to do anything for you dont come here for shoes and i will mail you script, dont come in my pharmacy she knew i was in the parking lot, i dont have to fill your shoe script i own the store and i can do what i want,,so people they may be all goody with there own,,but not hispanic, and i serve this country in nam, and law enforcement,,this country is diffently divide,,i dont even want the shoes anymore, or go to another pharmacy in small town,,praobaly get same treatment,,,the girl who runs the shoe,bad attiude must be related for them to make a big scene for her...

Nice pharmacy with great customer service never had a issue. Yes its a shame they have no public restroom for people who are waiting and need to use one but I understand completely why they axed it. The city park has had problems with people doing d*** things in the restrooms too, instead of blaming the business and giving bad reviews over a small matter like that without knowing the full reason blame the people that do stupid things in public places and ruin it for everyone.
