Went to look at 2012 Volkswagen Golf TDI. Was told there was nothing wrong with the car, multiple dash lights flashing including check engine and glow plugs. Drove 3 hours (200 miles), they didn’t even have the key so I had to wait around, then when I scanned it it read 21 faults. Super shady dealership and Jamie was trying to scam, do not recommend this place at all seems like they’re flipping barely running auction cars.

Very very bad. Utterly disappointed. Do not recommend at all.I bought a 2012 Prius for 5200$. Firstly, it was very bad, trembling and vibrating on highway. So, i thought replacing the tires would do the job but its not the only thing. I ended up replacing tires, brakes, struts, speakers, EVAP cannister , fuel tank. I am not able to fill gas, nozzle shuts off automatically, replaced fuel tank and EVAP system. Now when i went to my local dealer as the car is bouncing way too much even for slight turn. They told me that i need to replace suspension system and its gonna cost another 1000$ . Looks like the car is flooded somewhere and they just detailed it and sold it to me. I am gonna post detailed charges below .The car did not have even seat belt and they told me that they are gonna get me one . Even after multiple follow-ups via phone and visits to store, its not done yet. They do not respond to calls, texts. They don't attend customers responsibly. I mean how much does a latch cost. They told me that they're gonna get it, they don't even honor what they promise.Secondly , i am wondering how they are running the dealership cause they don't know how to do the paperwork, are they handing the customer updated title or is it some old title. When i took the car to Kansas highway patrol for inspection to register the vehicle, they told me that i was given some jumped title from dealer. When i went back , they have no clue what's going on with paperwork. Their staff is so rude when i went to sort this issue out. Later when they get it sorted, they signed on buyers place on title for which again i need to go back. I know when they did it Infront of me and when i asked , they told me its gonna be fine. They know they have done wrong , but they did not provide with the affidavit. I got a feeling why did i buy this car as i have moved back and forth for nearly 10 times because of their poor work & response. Very very bad attitude and not at all customer friendly.Tires - 500$Brakes - 400$Engine tune up - 500$EVAP replacement - 1100$Fuel tank replacement - 1500$Strut and shocks replacement - 2000$I bought this for 5200 and my investment is almost gonna cross for what i spent on buying the car. Tired of spending more & more on this one. Doesn't worth even a penny.I am utterly disappointed with this purchase and it will be the biggest regret ever. I bought car from couple of dealers and never faced these kind of issues. Never recommend.

If I could give a negative star review I would. My husband messaged an ample this morning about a cat they had posted on Facebook. They stated that we could come test drive the car and make an offer. We drove 30 minutes to get there and find out they sold the car the yesterday. Poor communication and unprofessional.

Go here first! Quality vehicles, great prices, and the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. We bought my daughter a car here for her 17th birthday. It was a car that they just received and and they let me know they haven’t checked it out yet but I took it anyway. Come to find out, there was something wrong with the EV battery. Like most used car dealers, there was no warranty. However, they came and got her car and towed it to their mechanic who fixed it for free. I’m a customer for life and I live 45 minutes away. Well done !!

Bought 2016 Ford Escape 2 ND day it would not start. Finally got it started. It was a battery issue. Also had a roaring in the back in the tires was bad.Had to buy tires. Had to drive there 2.5 hours to talk to someone about my title. Didn't get it after 30 days. Finally had to tell them that I was getting a lawyer to get my title. It took 60 days to get it. But on the other hand I was lucky that it does have a good motor and good transmission. I drove it to Tennessee fine. My problem was they will give you the run around on the title. And don't tell you the whole truth.

Bought another car from these guys! This is my third car from them and I am very pleased. Best prices in town, just have to inspect and test drive and you will find good deals! These are good used cars, can’t expect new car quality at these prices! Thank you Josh!

Wasn't very impressed with this dealership. They have a lot of low-cost vehicles, but they try to push a sale even when they know there's a problem with the car. We found one that we liked and they didn't want us to have our mechanic inspect it. We finally got them to allow us to take it to the mechanic and he found serious issues with the transmission. We brought it back, declined to purchase, and they questioned the legitimacy of the mechanic (a good brand name chain) then just put the car back out on the lot for sale rather than looking at getting it repaired. Kinda feel sorry for who ends up purchasing that one. Overall, pretty bad attitude from the sales guys and not a lot of ethics when it comes to making sure a vehicle is road-worthy.

After 5 months of have this car it’s been a headache and I’ll be planing to sell the car. When I bought a 2011 Kia optima ex from them for 5k at First the car ran well then let next week roll around I took it too a shop the car needs new struts, wheel bearing, EVAP system, tire rods and more things that I don’t remember. In total of all those fixes it came up to 2,534 dollars and that’s not even including the title and tags for the car. I’ve been trying to get in contact and it much easier to find a needle in a hay stack they getting in contact with them. If I was you I would look someone else with your money cause trust it’s not worth it at all and every time when someone ask me where I get my car from I say nothing cause I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. They are scams, you never get your car title. If you go After you purchase tell them you need the title same day they're lier and disrespectful.
