I am a first-time homeowner, house came with a 84 year old tank, with multiple leaks. I have now had two service guys from the Purdy MFA locations the first guy said my leaks were fixed then the second guy had to be called because the leaks were not fixed and at that point I requested a tank rental because I was done wasting money on the old tank. We set the time up for last Friday for my new tank to be delivered. I tank was never delivered there was a truck issue no one called me nothing I had to call them to find out after waiting over half the day. They then told me they'd reschedule yesterday Monday, no one called. I called today and was told the lady would call me back with an answer. No one called me back and said two men showed up on my property one being the previous service guy, no one came to knock and announce themselves on my door they walked onto my neighbor's property to get to my backyard to then get into my tank and start messing with it without my permission. I then come out and they inform me they're no longer replacing my tank with a rental but they're going to fix my tank again. I told him no I don't want it fixed again I just want the rental because I'm tired of wasting money on it he told me we're not doing that and I told him okay well I'll find a company that will. He then proceeded to go off on me because I haven't paid the $200 for the $128 gallons of propane they delivered a couple weeks ago because we were approved for the 30-day credit, and he proceeded to then take off the pigtail piece that makes my tank usable off because he blurted out that none of my payments have been paid to them when again I have 30 days to pay them. And then I'm told I'm no longer allowed to go through them. It was the manager Higgs. Will never recommend them again and will never waste my time with their idiotic behavior. Treating me like I'm a child and that I need to do what they say and obey them on my own property. Maybe you guys should learn to do your job that you say you're going to do versus trying to cheap out and fix the issue again and in the end it's going to break and have more leaks and I'll be charged again. I wanted the problem fixed but what you wanted to do was half ass fix it so that I'm charged more the next time you're out. The manager was on a real power Trip I would hate to see how he treats his wife for how he talked to me like I was scum. ZERO STARS.

I don't waste do business with this company. They brought me short of propane. My worker and I keep our eyes very close to the tank meter last 6 times they brought. They all 6 loads short. We are still fighting to get it straight

Very slow at getting new customers propane and can't tell you when they will be here.So I'm going to be without heat for 4 days.I called them Monday morning and now it's Wednesday and still no propane Happy Thanksgiving to them to I hope there warm because I'm sure the hell not.Very poor customer service.I hope all MFA oil companies don't treat there customers like this.But Purdy Missouri office sure doesn't care.I wouldn't even give them one star.
