Great experience!! This is our third vehicle we have bought from them. Kason and Paul both are really nice guys easy to work with. They were patient with us because we had to wait on insurance check. When we called and told them we were on our way to come get the truck it was cleaned and ready to go! THANK YOU PAUL AND KASON my husband loves his truck!

We have now bought 4 vehicles from this business and have NEVER had a bad experience. Paul and Kason helped us today and made everything so easy. We test drove a vehicle and within two hours he had it detailed, oil changed and ready to hit the road. I will always do business here! We are in love with our new vehicle!

The car that I bought their does not run. The manager told me to get full coverage and drive it through a big puddle of water. That is a crook. All I asked was to get it fixed. He told me to go to hell.

We owned our car for 2 MONTHS and only drove it for 2 weeks and they had it in the shop almost the whole time to get it back to hear that we cant trade it in for EQUAL VALUE after being told we can trade it in because at this point they need to throw the whole car away.
● JUST IMANGINE being these people sitting at dinner or lieing in bed unbothered by the shear thought of selling us a complete lemon from the git go and then haveing the audacity to say " IF YOU WERE A USED CAR LOT, WOULD YOU DOVTHAT FOR ME," AND well basically "what did you buy the warranty for" go use your warranty "KNOWING THE ISSUES WEVE HAD FROM THE START OF DRIVING IT OFF THE LOT.
●JUST IMANGINE. IT BEING YOUR NEW CAR, YOUR PREGNANT WIFE, YOUR LIVELY HOOD AND MONEY BEING PLAYED WITH BY A CROOKID CAR LOT.
YES WE BOUGHT THE WARRENTY FOR A REASON AND THANK GOD!
YES WE FULLY UNDERSTAND THERE IS NO LEMON LAWS ON USED CAR LOTS
YES WE FULLY UNDERSTAND THE RISK OF BUYING FROM USED CAR LOTS AS IS
☆ BUT WHEN WE ONLY DROVE THE CAR 2 WEEKS OUT OF THE 2 MONTHS WE BOUGHT IT, HOW DO YOU NOT WANT TO GIVE US EQUAL VALUE BACK¿? FULL WELL KNOWING EVERYTHING WEVE BEEN THROUGH SENSE LEAVING THE LOT WITH IT?¿
I KNOW HENDERSON'S HAS GIVEN GOOD BUSINESS TO MANY.

Sold me a lemon and refused to take it back. It has been sitting in front of my house since the 11th of July. I am not able to go back to dealership to discuss this vehicle. I paid cash for the vehicle and all they wanted to do is $2000 cash back or $3000 to fix it. I paid them $5400. In other words be very careful dealing with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM HENDERSON'S AUTO SALES!!! My husband purchased 2010 Malibu from them a couple weeks ago and not even a week into owning the car we noticed problems that weren't present when we bought it. After taking it to a mechanic come to find out the timing chain is loose and it's dangerous to drive! Called them to tell them what was going on and they would do nothing. I guess this is what we get for wanting a cheap car you get for what you pay for. But it wouldn't be so bad if Henderson's would have someone look at the vehicles before they sell them to unsuspecting customers. Will teach me next time not to trust any person selling a car until I personally have it looked at.

Warning!!! Do not buy from here!!! Leftover auction junk and will not stand behind it whatsoever! Will do as little as possible to make it sale including all the used car salesman tricks!!! Go somewhere else!

Friendly helpful good people bought a car that had some issues with it and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it lent us another vehicle to take while they fixed it so the kids weren’t stuck in a car while they worked on it definitely would come back here he definitely goes out of his way to help his customers I would recommend this dealership again and again overall great people
