Excellent care was taken in packaging my very heavy yet fragile order. I won items at an auction that consisted of Italian ceramic pieces. Three large boxes full of them. Each was just beautiful and I was so looking forward to their arrival. When they arrived I careful inspected each item in each box and they each arrived without a scratch. I have to say it wasn’t easy to get them unpacked due to the expert packing, but I was extremely happy with the care that was taken with my stuff. I will say it was I bit on the pricey side but since I had no damage I think it was well worth every penny. Trust them with your packaging requirements, they won’t let you down!Greg

Very happy with the customer service, communication and very very happy with how well my items were wrapped and packed. They are far from wacky when they pack a d ship!
