1900 NE Englewood Rd, Gladstone“By far the most caring and dedicated place I've been or even heard of since needing assistance.. they really understand the things that people ACTUALLY need and provide them in a very well organized manner.. they even allow you to bring your pets with you and provide dog food in the pantry ”
“Outstanding program! Although these people have disabilities, they have tons of talent in many different ways. Some people are intimated by people with disabilities as i was until I was blessed with the opportunity to really get to know Beth Hartley. I discovered something I didn't know or understand. They are PEOPLE and they have immense value to add to our understanding of diversity. They need us, to understand them and the joy returned to us cannot be put into words without experiencing personal interaction with them. Do not be afraid to love them.... They will love you in their own way.”
“Everyone was friendly and always had food snacks and drinks available, not a bad walk to or from the hospital. They had a movie room, a little play area off of the living room and dining room that kids can build with Legos on the Lego wall”

2502 Cherry St, Kansas City“Love volunteering, donating, and visiting this place. Staff are so helpful and friendly. When you commit your time and donating, not only is it rewarding but also, you're helping out the kids and those who are sick. They always need things here. Check their website for their wants and needs. I have donated some toiletries, travel size soap, shampoo, lotions etc. Sharing is caring. If you get a chance, you get to meet their mascot/pet dog. Very friendly.”
“This is the best of both worlds or whatever Queen Hannah Montanna said! This is because not only is DO GOOD CO. an amazingly curated resale shop, it also is a non-profit. Does that mean I can tax write off my vintage Chanel?? Well, that question remains unanswered. However, the merit of DO GOOD CO. isn't in question because it always impresses. From its fantastic selection of name brand, in tip top shape, lightly used designer goods to the wide variety of unique and local gifts to surprise any hostess or birthday girl or bride to be...or heck just about anyone youre looking to impress. If you are looking for a store that'll make you beam ear to ear because not only are you being kind to the environment you are also simultaneously supporting children and dogs in need in the immediate kcmo metro area then, DO GOOD CO is for you. It's one of those specialty vintage shops that never feels pretentious but does feel exclusive, and I absolutely love that for the downtown KC area. It makes it easy to allow patrons to feel at home as well as making it a luxury shopping experience. I will continue to shop at DO GOOD CO and FEEL GOOD about doing it. Just recently, I was honored to be invited to attend a holiday party at DO GOOD CO. and every detail was well thought out and planned impeccably. I was so impressed by the catering as well as the great selection of vendors who brought flair to the festivities. Thank you for the opportunity of celebrated the season as well as the mission of this spectacle local non profit.”
“Humble little non-profit bicycle shop ran by volunteers. Good selection of used bikes, seemingly fixed up like new, for a flexible price. The staff/volunteers are were friendly and knowledgeable, and had me in and out with a nice Schwinn. Very cool concept.”
“Amazing, inclusive teacher! My husband and I enjoy taking dance classes together (they're all intro classes as we're not really dancers), and the intro to salsa teacher on 1/24/24 was one of the best teachers we've had. We look forward to learning more from Redux Society!”
“Goodwill is a very dynamic place to work for with a lot of dynamic people who are very serious about their mission, community and employees. I grew up in the neighborhood they were in and had a relative who spent many years with them. All I can say is this is a business who really say what they mean and definitely do exactly what they say above and beyond.”
“I dropped a couple things off to donate. The lady at the front desk was very kind. The guys reacted quickly when I drove my car around back. They couldn't take a couple things I had but gave me suggestions as to who might take it.”

“Wonderful place with great after school programs and staff. I have enjoyed volunteering here. I encourage anyone interested to get involved so they can help shape young lives!”
“It's a great place to serve. They do wonderful things in the community. They serve the homeless. They have a food pantry and clothing that's given out monthly and they give food from the harvesters. There's an outlet here for anyone who wants to serve God ❤️”
“They are very polite and respectful. They show you around the place. They also give you multiple options to choose from as like family or single monthly. And they give military discount because I’m a veteran and they gave me one just make sure you show your VA or military id if not that then your DD-214.”
“Charlie’s House is a very informative site to educate parents and homeowners on the potential household dangers that can harm young children. Call the staff and schedule a tour of the facility, Melissa Roach gives a great tour and offers visitors insights into safety. This tour is a must for Childcare facilities, and Emergency First Responders in order to share with the public.”
“Attended the National Junior Angus Show hosted here at the American Royal complex n 2022. The facility is well maintained and there are a lot of great options available for families who wanted something unique to do on the 4th of July. The facility offers plenty of space for vendors, lots of history for people who want to know more about what the future of ranching looks like, and it really is setup for anything you want to do in showing livestock. This is a great event location, and being able to attend NJAS was fantastic.”
“We brought a group out here to volunteer, and it was amazing. They did a great job talking with us about their mission, and it gave our students the ability to really invest in the work.”
“I sponsored 2 children in India. The fact that your donation goes straight to the family that needs it makes Unbound unique.I am impressed with Unbound to the point that I commute RT 2 hours to volunteer each week.”
“We are proud to financially support the St Charles food pantry. Deacon Frank Peak and his co-workers are examples of Christ in our lives. Deacon Frank never fails to send his thanks to us which we very much appreciate”

“Returned to the USA and am currently homeless due to my daughter forcing me out of my home.Redemptorist Center is a true blessing. I was given a meal (Papa Johns made food specifically for the pantry. It was not old food.), toothbrush, and tooth paste. They give homeless people lunch on Monday- Thursday. They open up the pantry for those with homes on Tuesdays.”
“Honestly have been using yoga more than climbing overall and have been going to Cole's classes mostly. I have enjoyed every class I've been to. My only wish would be that yoga could be a little earlier during the week. I'm often so exhausted by the end of my work day that 7:30 pm is difficult. Other than that... great place to climb and do yoga. Cole gives great verbal cues and flexes well with the needs of the class. He is personable and easy-going and makes the class fell.comfortable for all levels.”
“The folks at the pantry were very nice, helpful and not condescending. They made my visit extremely pleasant and were helpful . I was able to get fresh produce and some treats and even a little stuff for kitty. I was extremely impressed. Thanks to each and everyone for being gentle and kind and helpful. God bless every one of you.”
