Poor customer service. Paid and no record of my state taxes being filed. Have not received my refund. Have made multiple attempts to reach in the past 2 months and no one returns my call. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. We will be going elsewhere. Multiple others with same issues.

Poor service, doesn’t return calls, leaves the office when she knows you are coming by. I am in the process of reporting her to the IRS because I paid for my taxes to be processed 2 months ago and she still hasn’t submitted them.

I have been seeking parks of a previous tax return for a month. Phone calls are not returned when promised. Still waiting on the document promised. Frustrating.

Taxes completed over 7 weeks ago. Have not received tax return and information cannot be found on IRS website. Arrow Tax and Accounting have not returned my phone call in almost 4 weeks.
