Very rude and indignant employees. I went in for flea meds for my 7 dogs. I asked at counter what they had, if any. I was escorted to the one of each, low grade items they had. Not wanting to drive from Hermann to Owensville, I began reading packages and also searched reviews on line.( I always buy seresto collars ). The young male employee stood behind my shoulder the entire time. After approximately 7 minutes of this, I left and went to Orchellens for better purchase. I’m 64 and have never been treated as such. Will make sure everyone knows what to expect from that division of mfa should anyone in my neighborhood be unfortunate enough to patron there. I’m thinking of calling a corporate office if there is one. Nasty little girl and little boy, early 20’s, need classes on common decency. Or common sense. Etiquette is not their forte
