I love Walgreens, and the Osage Beach store is really nice. They are always super helpful and friendly there.

Very rude employee's here. No one would help my grandmother find what she asked for.

Got really bad services at the pharmacy today. Came in to get a COVID test and per the email Walgreens sent, it stated to go inside. The tech who helped us was some what rude when we told her why we were there and then she said “let me get you a mask” came back and threw the mask across the counter towards us. I did not appreciate that and thought it was very rude to do so. It said Walgreens would provide masks and we, unfortunately, did not have any to wear in. But that was no reason to throw it. She could have easily slid it and been more professional. Over all, only one tech seemed to be nice about it.

The experience here is funny. We have been trying to have the prescription for more than a month or really a year. Was for different reasons. Everyone is trying to save money for the insurance companies. We paid insurance companies for a year and didn't cover anything, the last agent I talked she gave us separated from insurance, insurance to cover prescription and was a "Well Card" it's a saving card doesn't cover anything (payed $160 a month for 3 month look it up don't make the same mistake we did, I don't know what these agents think everytime we asked for insurance to cover prescriptions ended up with a Well Card). Now, this month, we have insurance, and we can't have the prescriptions the doctor prescribed. When I called, I asked: "Can you please help me to get the prescription for my son?"-"What do you need"? "Everything the doctor prescribed." Anyway, to make the story short. After I went and picked up the prescriptions, I came home, and I have G6 sensors and no a G6 transmitter. You don't use them one without the other. I buy strips from Amazon, and here I am in the middle of the month, and I still can't check my son's diabetes...It takes a week to have what you need due to: it's not in stok. And 40 miles to drive and pick it up. They think you live on Lowe's parking lot.Every walgreen"s location is the same, not better.(In other words, it sucks to have diabetes and try to have what you need to control it)

Justin in the pharmacy went out his way to save me money and provided great customer service!

I have used their services for a while. I use the same medication every month and it’s out every month when I place my refill. The pharmacy lacks in customer service and would benefit in some training in this department.

Very clean store with helpful employees despite the high volume on weekends.

I was trying to take the survey at the bottom on my receipt but the code on scan and the phone number says it isn't assigned to a campaign right now so I was not able to do the survey. However, I want to say the Natalie was the best! Great customer service. She even came in on Christmas when she wasn't originally working and was handling a large crowd of customers very professionally. THANK YOU NATALIE you're the best!

We switched to Walgreens pharmacy in an effort to get better service than we received at CVS. Not better; worse. I ordered my first refill for two prescriptions by automated phone call. Message said the order would be available by 11:00 or I would be notified. We live 35 minutes from town so notification is important. However, when I arrived only one prescription was available. The other would be available tomorrow. Gas is high. The round trip takes over an hour out of my day.I called the doctor’s office and had all prescriptions transferred to Walmart pharmacy. I used to think full service pharmacies were better but CVS and now Walgreens proved me wrong. Walmart cannot be worse than either of these so called full service pharmacies.

I wanted to protect others around me so I was in search of the at home Covid tests. This store carried them. I needed one and my daughter needed 2. I paid $23 something per box and now see the Walmart in Osage Beach sells the exact test for $14.00!!! Why is Walgreens allowed to gouge people during this pandemic? This is just not right!

Angie is extremely intelligent and friendly. I got my flu shot--the quickest flu shot trip anywhere, ever. The store had good sales on household items which saved me a second trip for supplies. Everything in the store was clean. Highly recommend!
