I have been renting 2 storage units from Marvin in Morley for almost a year now. They have been broken into twice. He issues the locks to the units.I had filed 2 police reports and have contacted Marvin and the only thing he has to say is that "You're the only one with a set of keys" "Maybe you should check with family members who have access to your keys" When asked about camera footage he states that they loop ever 7 days. While at my unit today and realizing it had been broke into again, there was an older couple at there unit next to me that stated their unit had been broke into also and that Marvin told them the same thing he did me. This couple had to give up their home due to her fighting cancer and they chose Marvin's storage unit to rent to house their belongings until they could afford another place to go. How sad is it that you can't even trust brand new units, with security cameras and with the owner being on site daily?! I 100% DO NOT recommend renting storage units or doing any kind of business with Marvin.

Spent over $45,000 and they didn't seal the ends, the roof leaks and left anchors in doorways.Waited WEEKS after reporting to the Owner of Heartland Buildings. He come to the home and said they would be out to fix.They showed up unannounced and said the ends they could "seal with silicone".... ummmm no.... he said once insulation is up we would be fine . .... ummmmm no..... they didn't double frame the entry doorways to match, he said they never do....The anchors in the doorways, they would take a saws all to.THE INSTALLERS are trying to make it Right.The owner, didn't seem to care since he has been paid MONTHS ago.Service: Garage design & building

This is going to be a bit long,but please read it to the end. I bought a Derksin 12 x 20 garage from a local dealer in 2018. I had blocks laid out where I wanted it placed. It would be in line with my driveway. I wasn’t home when it was delivered. The delivery man moved my blocks and positioned the building so it was now pointed at a ditch and barbwire fence. Since then I have made multiple unanswered emails to Derksin. When I did get to talk to someone,I explained my problem
