We were quoted a price. Then the workers demanded more. Leah would not answer her phone so we paid. When we finally got ahold of them they admitted they overcharged and promised a refund. Even told us it was mailed. That has been over 5 months ago. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Moved our table Leah quoted one price then we were charged $100.00 more. They finally admitted they screwed up. And promised to refund our money. That was May 30th. So far no refund. No returned calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Also note. The review listed below from LEAH McGAHEY is a fraud. She either works for or is an owner of this company

Came and did the felt on slate in a timely manor, did great on the slate. Bumpers needed to be replaced so they took a few of them to make sure they had correct measurements of them and that’s where the problems started. Did not keep me updated on when the new rails they “ordered” were coming in. When I would asked about it, they would say “ I should hear back within a day or so” but never reached out to me with anymore info on the new rails. Very hard to get a hold of them. They didn’t clean up after themselves, leaving all kinds of trash. Wanted to be paid before entire job was complete and then they had no intentions of ever coming back to finish the job. Terrible communication, terrible way to run a business. Very shady people. What a waste of money and time.

Needed new felt, pockets and reassembly after our move. Couldn't be happier. The table is even more gorgeous than when we first bought it. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Like everyone is saying. Put slate back on…then never finished job on the rails. Come to find out the slate needs to be redone also. Horrible experience, waste of money and time.

So after a year my sister and her family still don't have a working pool table. No one is returning calls or emails. Mind you the reason for the refurbishment was to bring the family some joy after major losses only to be scammed.Please don't waste your time or your family's hard earned money dealing with these folks. Next up a call to some of the local news affiliates to get this situation some real exposure.

These guys are pros! They disassembled a table I bought on marketplace, drove it 90 miles, and assembled it at our home. They were efficient, skilled, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
