Service is always good, but tobacco products here are more expensive than other brands of gas stations, and the decaf coffee machine very rarely works. And when it does work, you’re stuck waiting 5-10 minutes on some inner menu loading screen before you get your coffee.

Visited the store this morning, my friend and I got two fountain drinks, 4 egg rolls and one donut total and the only thing edible was the donut. Egg rolls were way past thier prime and my sweet tea had a weird after taste. Very disappointing, usually the egg rolls are my favorite ?

Used to go exclusively to QuikTrip because it was safe and well lit. This one has people outside harassing people for money on each side of the building and the clerks just chit chat with them. You can’t get in or out without dealing with them. Now I just drive down to the Conoco.

This Quiktrip is racist, I had a guy named Chris help me, he charged me 4 times the amount that they had listed for the Red Bull, he just was like “hey sorry you’re screwed” that’s Bull because I worked for QT before and in a situation like that they either honor it or make it right some how not hit you w some counter offer and imply you switch the sign, that was personal and screw QT for that! Quiktrip has been falling off all they sell is cigarettes, beer, sugar, lottery and Gas then leaving you feeling like a thief for pointing out a mistake

Cashiers make you move to other registers so they can help regulars even tho I was clearly already in line and then got moved to another line to wait, worst QT experience yet. Jeez

Prices on display of in store products dont match the price charged at checkout. Twice I have encountered this at this qt in two weeks. I brought this up both times. Clerk said that's the wrong price displayed and charged me a marked up price. That is clearly false advertisement. With this constant false prices, leads me to believe that this is not a simple mistake

I just left there not even 30 minutes ago. Employee said I was next in line. A man jumped right in front of me to pay for his things. The employee didn't say anything to the guy for jumping the line. I put my drink on the counter and walked out. I come here almost everyday. You won't see me for awhile.

Stopped by Saturday night (August 26th, 2023) to grab some donuts for a late night snack. Approached a stout black woman who was handling the donuts. I asked her if she was going to put out the donuts and she said they were too busy to put out the donuts.There were four people working the store with around five customers inside at the time. What's crazy is I used to work at QT so I knew she was lying and didn't want to actually work.That's fine. We went to the Parkville location where the entire donut case had already been stocked.

This review isn’t exactly about the business it’s self as there is nothing wrong with this station or the employees. However, after dark, the clientele is kinda sketchy and scary. Be Safe. Maybe more bright lighting? Idk.
