Absolutely the most helpful pharmacist I have ever met. I hope Walgreens sees how valuable Jon is and keeps him. O have not shopped at Walgreens in years, but today I didn't have a choice. Because of Jon my faith has been restored in the company, and I will be transferring our families needs to this pharmacy.

Nikki and Sherri were amazing. I was struggling to get a medicine for my daughter and they were phenomenal in getting everything fixed and taken care. Yes, it took a few days but when you are dealing with prior authorizations, special medicines, copay assistance cards and vouchers that the insurance company put on that messed everything up (the ins did a good thing if I hadn’t had a copay assistance card but they didn’t know that) Nikki handled everything, including me, with a smile, a friendly attitude and attention to detail. I can’t thank you two ladies enough. I really appreciated it!On the other hand. There is a gentleman that works there that needs an attitude adjustment.

This pharmacies horrible. Whoever I spoke to on the phone today is unaware of HIPAA laws & was wildly rude. Save yourself some time & go elsewhere.

John L. The pharmacist on duty on 8/30 and Chris need to be fired immediately. Their unprofessionalism , lack of respect, and arrogance is the main reason this location is ALWAYS having issues. Zero stars for this pharmacy. When they screw up, like always, it's never their fault, it's always the doctor's office fault. Their lack of accountability is always fully stocked if you need that filled! They've both screwed up so much that it's become routine. Their corporate office has been notified and will continue to be notified daily. Ask John what the corporate office number is and he'll stutter and tell you, after asking another associate, then he'll give it to you! Save your money and time and get your medicine elsewhere. Unless John L. And Chris are no longer employed there

We come here to fill our prescriptions, and got a flu shot here. They are very friendly and have not had any issues.

My 6 year old has a terrible ear infection. My mom went to pick up her antibiotic and they said they haven’t had it in months. I called to see what prescription was ordered because I was going to call around and see if anyone else had it, but they told me it wasn’t out of stock, they had it and it would be ready in 20 minutes. So my mom loads up all 3 kids to go pick up her prescription and she gets to the window and they tell her it’s out of stock!!!! This isn’t the first time we had bad service and we will be switching pharmacies!

I usually have a decent experience here but the last time I went the pharmacist at the window was being rude. Then when I got everything back they had put a staple through my id and debit card. Finding a new pharmacy.

These are the most unprofessional rude pharmacy people I’ve ever dealt with and I can assure you I will never recommend these idiots!!!! Why in the hell does the same prescription cost $14 in BRANSON and $190 in nixa?????

The worst pharmacy we've ever Used . It takes them days to fulfill our scripts. And constantly have problems with insurance approvals This is about every time we Try to pick up our prescriptions it's caused our son to be in the hospital at least 2 to 3 times. The employees are there for a Paycheck they don't care.

Nixa Walgreens has to be the worst. They advertised Pepsi 3/9.99 then don't have the product, when you ask why they respond "Covid or aluminum shortage". It's interesting that neither Ozark or Springfield has this problem. They don't deserve to be in business.
