This is the third year we have used their tax services. This year, we submitted our documents on Feb 14, 2024. We followed up with the office on March 19 due to no word or contact from them. We continued to contact by phone and in person every few days to get a response other than "it is in process". Finally received a call from our preparer on April 5. Preparer stating that all our information is in and just needed to review before finalizing then to call us later that day or the next. Received a return call on April 8 and taxes not finalized until April 11. We are very disappointed with the service and lack of follow up. We did not turn our documents in as early as February to have to wait until the April 15 deadline. Really no reason from the preparer other than some family health issues but no attempt from the office to re-assign or lower their fee. Very frustrating and we will not be using their office in the future.

Karen worked with us to file our taxes this year. We needed her expertise because we had moved several times and worked in multiple states. She completed our return and walked us through the entire process from beginning to end making sure to collect all relevant information. A consummate professional and the person you should be seeing to file your taxes! Simply the best.

I have used Professional Accounting for my taxes off and on for a few years and up to this year I have always had an amazing experience, but this year has been sub par! I have referred several people over the years to this place even family and now I can't get a call back hardly and probably will be finding a new place next!
I know I have had a complicated issue to deal with but come on atleast call customers back and let them know a status! I am definitely not happy with the service as of lately and I know things happen but good grief return a call and let a customer know what's up!!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Our tax expert Stephan was awesome, super responsive and did a great job keeping money in our pocket! Out of curiosity we ran the numbers on TurboTax and Stephan did a MUCH better job! Easy to use online portal, highly recommend them!

I called to ask a question and was hung up on when I asked “Unless I pay you” when they said they couldn’t answer it. That was an actual question on, would you answer them if you were paid. But hanging on on someone instead of saying “yes” is unprofessional and rude!

We are very happy with our experience with Professional Accounting and Tax Services, and Stephan in particular. I found them through the Dave Ramsey endorsed local provider's search, and they were super friendly and welcoming from the beginning. They were efficient and highly communicative during every step in the filing process, and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Very fast and thorough. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Stephan even caught a mistake from the previous year someone else had made and adjusted it for me. Highly recommend and will be returning.
