Used overnight delivery, tracking never showed pkg delivered, was a day late (called Company today), so spent weekend worrying about status all weekend. I like this local PO, but the system has been screwed up ever since DeJoy put in charge. And GOP didn't help when it said the USPS had to prepay retirement expense up front ( companies didn't have to dobthis) putting steain on resoyrces.”

“I had a package that was late and I came by to get some assistance. Barbara was able to identify why my package was late, contacted the facility, and gave me a call confirming the package was out for delivery. Rare top notch service with the amount of volume they do every day.”
