We were traveling with 5 kids and 2 adults in a 34 foot RV from Galveston, TX to Indianapolis, IN. 16 hour drive on a good day, but today we had a tire blow out on the interstate. We have AAA Plus RV Service, so we called them at 3pm. At 4pm, they told us they couldn't find anyone. At 415pm, Brandon from TransitPro called and said they were working on it for AAA. By 445pm, we called Brandon back to be told they couldn't find anyone yet. At that time, a State Trooper came and helped us move the RV out of the exit. He called Courtois for us, and they showed up in less than 10 minutes!! This is a father/son business, and the son told us we could follow him to his shop to 1.) take the exterior tire off, 2.) take the ripped up interior tire off, 3.) mount the spare tire on a rim, 4.) put everything back on. He stayed with us and drove slowly while we followed. Upon arrival, dad and son got to work, and my husband stayed outside with them. He said it was not an easy job in any way, shape, or form, as these tires haven't been changed in at least 4 years, and it was around 30 degrees, along with it getting dark right after we arrived. They stuck with it and got the job done. Knowing that we didn't have many (any) options, they could have jacked the price up on us, and we would have had to pay it either way. Nope! These guys are a class act! Charged us $250. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING AUTO-RELATED. IN OUR EXPERIENCE, THEY ARE HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, QUALIFIED, and ALL-AROUND GOOD GUYS!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING ;) ;)
