I bought a used pop up camper from Wehr Ford & RV in Mountain Grove, Missouri. I dealt with salesman Chris and mechanic/technician Ray. They were both very nice to work with and provided exemplary service. My girlfriend and I drove 3 hours to view this trailer, so we had lots of questions and inspected the camper thoroughly over a couple of hours. Chris and Ray were very patient, walked us through every feature and system in the trailer, teaching us how to use them along the way. They hooked up electric, water, and propane. We tested the sinks, showers, heater, etc. The trailer had a couple of minor issues, such as a leaking exterior shower fixture. Ray replaced or fixed all issues on the spot. We enjoyed the whole transaction and would work with Wehr Ford & RV again.

I hate to leave bad reviews or say bad about anybody, but call three times I've been at this location recently it's taking them a good long while before I was ready to go. I'm used to places most of the time that can get you in and out pretty quick as the procedures I went in for were not that difficult. Today I sat there over 3 hours before I finally was able to go, I just got a simple alignment. They did tell me that my passenger side ball joints were going to need changed soon. At first they weren't going to do the alignment because of that but I told them that the steering was really bad and I just needed something done to get me by till I get the parts changed. Nonetheless, I sat there for over 3 hours. Alignments never take that long usually. Especially on this truck, most of the time other places I've been can have it done in 45 minutes or so. And the other place always did really quality work, but we have moved so we're not close to them anymore. Anyways, last week I was here for an alignment and they told me I needed a new track bar bushing and a new sway bar bushing. Got those changed but they said they couldn't do the alignment because of those two parts needing changed. But they told me that they found all of that out in 5 minutes of looking at the truck however I sat there for over 45 minutes. Why take 45 minutes when it only took 5 minutes to assess my front end? Also, the guy told me last week he was going to give me a quote on parts and never did so I got them elsewhere. So I do hate to leave this here, and this is a rather long comment, but it shouldn't have taken that long and I do expect better service as that's why people choose to have a dealership work on it rather than learn to do it themselves. I know some people aren't able to do it themselves but still

This goes out to Corey Bushong the service manager. I called him because he was highly recommend on a Bronco forum. I am from out of state but he still was extremely generous with his time and assisted me from afar ! It’s hard to get people to do anything n todays age let alone without direct personal gain ! This gentleman is a blessing to the industry and I cannot thank him enough ! I wish he worked at my local dealership!! Thanks again Corey ! Your professionalism goes unmatched !!
