Went to get rust spots patched and was informed that I needed a new muffler, got the muffler, this was done on Friday. Saturday I driving, vehicle lagging, not wanting to go. Called Monett Mufflers they said bring it in, dude wanted to drive it to see what was going on.... HE HOTRODDED MY TRUCK RAMMED MY RPM'S TO ALMOST 6000! I told him to quit he got offended.... and proceeded to take it out on my truck! DON'T GO TO MONETT MUFFLER'S!!!!

If you need car repairs, Monett Mufflers & More is the place to go. Their mechanics are honest, and they always provide quality work at a fair price. I would recommend them for anything from routine maintenance like oil changes to major engine work.

The most rude person ive ever met in my life. Have lived in Monett for over 20 years this was my first visit. I did not know I had to know everything about cars before walking into this shop. He sure did make it clear everything was done his way or no way. Every simple question I asked was answered with the worst attitude he has no people skills whatsoever. Someone should teach him some manners.
