They are there every time we need them. The best practice with any propane company is to call BEFORE you are in need of propane and you run out. There has not been one time in the 6 years that they have been providing propane for us that they haven't shown up or returned our calls. They have propane routes set up on certain days and will add you to the "normal" route when they are close to your address in most cases but will also try and go out of their way to provide you service in an emergency situation. I can only say this to the people that do not understand how emergency situations can cause delays in service or possibly even have things fall through the cracks because EVERYONE IS CALLING THEM. Thank you for always providing excellent service!!!

We went with this company because we was told they were christians but besides that point I want to discourage you from using this company I have babies and small children in my home we’ve been without propane for a couple weeks now which has caused all the pipes in my house to bust we’re trying to heat my whole house with a small fireplace they did not care at all the wife lied to the husband and told him that we said since you can’t do a service call right now we’re going to find someone else that’s not what was said so they told us after two weeks just find someone else it was in the single digits last night and when they returned my call this morning the husband was very rude to me!!! They could not care any less that our small children needed heat!!! I would never do something like this to a family that had not hot water or heat for two weeks !!!!!!! What ever you do beware of this company and just find one that cares about people on the other end I really don’t think they care about people just the money

Local Boy Propane they are super nice and they go out of their way to help you. Last week i ran out and they came while i wasn't home. Filed it and turned it off since no one was home. Came back after he go off work to help me get it turned back on and made sure everything was running properly. He go my hot water heater back up and running for me too. He couldn't get my heat going because of a heating issue ????but i called and got that fixed. The next day though Local boy called to make sure they got it fixed and that my heart was running again. They also are normally the cheapest. But they are AMAZING and they remember who you are since they are a small Local owned company.
