I usually stop in here at night, after work. There usually be very polite gentleman in there. Tonight 7-11-24 there was the most rudest female working. There are a 100 gas stations close by but I was too tired to take my business elsewhere. I’ll never understand working with the public with no customer service skills.

Needed fuel for my Harley so I stopped in on the way home. Staff was polite, courteous, and helpful. Also Petro Mart honors the "Kick Back" rewards program which reduces the price. Kudos to the operator of this station!

This review is not for the employees. But for the card reader services. I paid for gas at the pump. And they put 144 dollars on hold. It's been 2 days. and they havnt released my money. I've already talked to my bank and they said that you guys need to release the hold

In the 16 years I’ve pumped gas. I’ve never had a problem. Maybe it’s cuz my race. I’m at the cash register trying to pay for my gas. All of a sudden a guy cuts in front of me like he owns the place. My drinks were on the right side of the register, and the guy working was too lazy to reach over and scan them. I’m sorry I had no idea “lazy,” goes into a good work ethic. I get cut in front of again. Employee doesn’t scan my goods til the end. Wasn’t very helpful I had And I repeat myself 3 times asking about water bottles and more. Don’t buy has here unless you work for this gas station and are coming in as a undercover boss

Nice new facility with great lighting and snack selections. Their gas prices were 70 cents less than in Effingham Illinois.
