went here to see tears for fears in july, it was worth it, besides the fact that to me it was kind of confusing on where we were supposed to park.

They stole $100 dollars from me. The Kios malfunctioned and my $100 bill was not returned to me. I just wanted to get change and it took the bill without giving me the $20 bills. The "casino policy" they make you wait until the next day to get your money back if the machine doesn't balance. I called back and they claim that their machine balanced and they kept my $100 dollars. I asked them to watch the video of the transaction and they just ignored me. This is very disappointing. I will never return to this casino again....DON'T USE THE KIOS. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES.

Everytime I go, the sound quality is so bad you can't understand anything. And Everytime you can smell the weed all over. Terrible experience!

Average large outdoor venue to see a show in the STL area. Either pay in advance for premium parking or plan to lose about an hour after the show making your back to the highway in the traffic exodus. It’s just part of the experience and to be expected.

Prices are always awful. Not many options for handicap individuals. Parking and just the venue is always a lot. Bathrooms have gotten much better. Always a good time no matter what. Staff is always super friendly and respectful. Just wish there were more affordable options for people with disabilities that aren't actually on disability. Iykyk kinda thing. All in all one of my favorite venues stl has to offer.

I give Hollywood Casino 1 Star for their "less than attentive" attitude towards Handicap accessible parking and services. I was a season lawn pass holder this past year. Each time we went to a concert there were no Handicap spaces available to park in, nor were the "parking attendants" reasonable when we asked if we could drive up and down the first few rows to see if there were any spaces open. Sometimes we had to drive down to where they "wanted" us to park and then make our way back up to the front only to find that there were sometimes open spaces for Handicap parking! We also found that there were many, and when I say many, I mean many vehicles parked in the Handicap spaces that had no placards or plates! This angered me to the point that I finally was able to find a manager to speak to about this. She explained that the "venue" would not allow her to paint the Handicap symbol on the spaces unless they put up the bollard signs as well. As far as the illegal parkers she stated that her attendants need to do a better job. I asked why I could not park in the Handicap space in the employee lot because they were open or in the VIP lot. She said she had to keep the VIP lot open to season ticket holders. Hogwash!!! I've been to almost all the concerts this past year and that lot is never full. As far as the employee lot? No answer. Tell me why do employees need to park up close to the venue? It is just like when you work at any retailer, the employees get the back of the parking lot! So if you are an employee of Hollywood Casino, you get PRIME parking!? There was another time that we went to the front for Handicap parking only to find there was a "camper" parked sideways along the side of the lot, that took up about 8 spaces! Now tell me who were they? I was told that if I had to park far away, to call the ticket office for a golf cart attendant to be sent to me for a ride. Are you kidding me? We've seen them driving around "empty", no passengers! I took that opportunity 1 time and that was all it took. While we stood there and waited at least 10-15 mins for a ride, while the concert began!I then tried to purchase snacks and drinks at the concession stand, where they handed me my 2 drinks, 2 pretzels and 2 cheese cups like I was supposed to pick them up and go. I laughed at them. "Yes, I'll carry these 6 things in one hand, while I use my cane in the other". I asked if I could have a popcorn bag, anything to put the pretzels and cheese in and was told no, you have to buy the popcorn for us to give you the bag. I grew angrier by the minute. I said to her, Are you kidding me, you have absolutely nothing to help me carry these items? A soda box ? something? She finally said, wait a minute. Disappeared for about 5-10 mins and returned with a soda box so that I was able to carry my items while using my cane. I apologized to the people behind me and they stood there in shock as well, to see their total disregard for accessibility. The next time I returned to Hollywood, they had an area next to the stand with empty boxes to carry your food. I didn't buy anything, but I wonder, how do they think the Handicap are going to carry their items to that area to get a box?As far as the parking goes. Hollywood, you need a major OVERHAUL. You need to rethink your employee parking lot and VIP parking. Spend the extra money to put in the Handicap bollards, signs and paint the spaces and have the attendants, that do absolutely nothing by swinging their flag, and move them to the handicap area to enforce the parking rules. Create more spaces for us and start having your employee park in the rear of the parking lots! It's such a shame because I love going to the concerts. The only place to enjoy music while sitting under the stars only to be spoiled by the experience of getting to the lawn!
